Oh man! I actually know Stan the owner of the motorcoach! He's was a teacher at Blue Ridge Community college, where he taught Automotive Restoration. Took the class back in 03. I actually installed the stereo in that motorhome when I took the class. So happy to have found this! Thank you so much for the memories!!
The weather was so bad the day we shot this that I was ready to cancel the shoot for the first time ever, but my cameraman said, "No, I think we can pull this off!" So I grabbed a beach umbrella from someone that was walking by, went out in the rain and shot the open in one take. We just let it roll from there! I think this turned out to be one of our most entertaining eps ever, and I agree, there were a lot of interesting vehicles. And some very good sports!
@@MyClassicCarTV Yes!! I’ve watched a ton of episodes but this one was really great! Love the car-crazy characters from the organizer to the 3 owners! Gives me hope for the south!
People joke about hillbillies but it takes a lot of smarts to build and restore cars etc like they do! Makes me want to go back to US Soo bad. Wish this 2020 virus would be over!!!!!

A 1927 Victorian RV?! Whaaaaatt?! Awesome!!
Who wouldn't fall in love with with the Hillbilly Surf Shop & that beautiful International Motorcoach.❤️
That guy in the neon green shirt hollering is hilarious. By far one of the coolest events he's ever gone to.
That 51 surf shop is awesome
Cruising Above the Clouds, this, and the Hawaii episode are top tier in my book. (Not like that really matters)
Dennis! How are there so few comments!?!? Great episode with some really cool cars!
