As someone who lost an NA account because of the black screen of death and as someone who was at lostbelt 4, I've used JP worried that I might not get a Story locked SSR and a GSSR due to the fact that you have to use JP money, I'm honestly happy to know that just like NA, you can still get them using either summon. Fun fact, the story locked SSR I got was Artoria Lancer, and I used the last summon ticket.
Well, here's the thing, I'm already starting to accept the fate and I'm just gonna climb back up, I'm already at middle end of 4th singularlity, and I'm also currently leveling up my Artoria Seiba, Artoria Lancer, and the other servants I got. Hey at least I get to experience 6th and 7th singularlity again, so that'll be fun, despite the difficulty they both have.
Well alright but if you change your mind all you need is the master name, what kind of support servants you had, what was your my room servant. How many quartz you had left, the birthday you set, any purchase receipts, it's easy but I understand if you don't wanna go through all the hassle.

I used any random VPN it doesn't matter which one you just use it to change your google play account to Japanese and then you can turn it off and install

You should try to recover your account in NA I've recovered my JP account like twice and I don't know a lick of Japanese. Should be easier for NA
