Yeah it's hard even when they send a performance video to the show so they can plan the camera shots and moves and then send it back to the artist. She's a professional and nobody can deny that just look at how she changes her expressions and sings the important parts of the song and catches her breath on sub-vocals but still lip-sync them. She's THE BEST

That's a bad sound technician or audio engineer. Her vocals are sticking out to much in certain parts, so it doesn't sound good and that's the technician's fault. Has nothing to do with her being able to over sing her backtrack.
This girl friggin kills me. Every time. I think the thing (amongst many) that I love is how you get the sense that she has fun on stage. It just feels real, and drags the audience into the moment. Her stage presence is unreal.
i recently got into sunmi, but tbh i think this is her most amazing stage.
*the vocals:* stable, angelic, & dramatic.
*the stage:* beautiful, great lighting, & makes a great atmosphere.
*the facial expressions:* they tell a story, they have emotion, and they give so much flavor to the performance.
*the choreography:* it may be a bit simple compared to others, but it also tells a story, and the background dancers make it so much more rich.
*the outfit:* stunning, simple yet eye-catching, and most of all, fits the song.

I'm so into mermaid, sirens, and magical and myth creatures like these and for my *_Queen_* to have a song named Siren literally snatched my wig. The Sirens were beautiful but dangerous creatures that lured the sailors with their beautiful voices to their doom, causing the ships to crash on the reefs near their island. The fact that the song starts with "lalalala" being such a distant voice, really fit the Sirens theme - the "lalalala" part is luring you already. *_Gosh, I'm so in love with her._* I'm straight tho. • ray • There are police lights and the sound of a siren a couple time in the music video! Sometimes there’s a slight siren in the background of the music if you listen carefully. So, I think it’s a double meaning; however, the main theme is the mythological cousin of the mermaid: sirens!
The music video has many ocean/underwater motifs- there’s an underwater backdrop during a lot of the dancing scenes, there’s a room in the house where Sunmi is dressed in mermaid-like clothes and it looks like it’s underwater. Another room has seashells and stuff.

After I watched her stage, i really wondered why there was a mermaid dance in this show and why the setting related to ocean. So, I go to searched the meaning of this song. it's about the dangerous woman try to warning the boy who try to approach her.
finally, I realised that there is a story of dangerous mermaid using her beauty to attract the boys and kill them. I don't know who is the owner of this idea and concept, but this impress me a lot. THANKS FOR A GOOD PERFORMANCE!!! The team do a really perfect work!
