공민지 진짜 데뷔때부터 노래 잘했는데 화제 안된게 음색이 너무 타고나지 못했음 .. 노래는 음색이 반이다 라는 말이 있을정더로 중요한데 박봄은 음색이 받쳐주고 거기에 실력까지 있어서 사람들이 알게됐는데.. 공민지는 레알 그냥 진짜 100퍼 실력 좀 안타까움

I know everyone has their own opinions, but to me 2NE1 is the best girl group in K-Pop. That's my opinion and I will strongly stand by my opinion. I mean, just LOOK at them. Look at this performance, look at their strengths, their weaknesses. They seem so real unlike other cliche girl groups with the same old boring concept. Look at these girls. They're literally art.

I'm gonna have to disagree on this, 2NE1 is just as "fake" and manufactured as any other Kpop groups. Just that their company went for the "real" image.
Sikeurit Dreams Because YG DOES have the "real" image. Their company lets them be themselves. At least YG artists in general are more "real" in MY opinion because they get to actually have a say in their music, concept, production, etc. I believe there's real growth in these artists because of the way they express themselves and throw out ideas- they're real. For example, in one of the AON videos from 2NE1, the members got emotional because of the struggle they dealt with in being in 2NE1. To tell fans their struggles in that one video on confession, that just demonstrated how real they were- that they're not just "manufactured" because they're real artists trying to prove to their fans that they can be the best for us and that they can continue to make music that's different and unique from the kpop genre.

Crush is still the best album of all time, for me at least. Each song has a different feel and make you feel emotions powerfully. I mean, every 2ne1 song is a hit and timeless. Until now i can still sing the lyrics by memory. That was how powerful 2ne1 was when they were still active. Glad they all continued on their careers and i'll be forever happy for and supportive to these queens.

Out of so many live performances by 2NE1, this is the one that I keep coming back to, even in 2020..this is seriously their BEST performance! So much emotions in different ranges by these 4. Minzy showed such melancholic sadness, Bom showed so much emotional heartbreak in her tone, CL showed such emotional anger that built up, Dara showed a calm sadness and disappointment so subtly... They're perfect. I'm forever amazed.

2ne1같은 걸그룹은 절대 못나온다. 아무리 우겨봐도 시엘부터 박봄까지 그냥 레전드였어. 숫자싸움도, 외모싸움도 아닌 그냥 실력 그 자체의 그룹.. 대한민국 걸그룹 중 ‘아티스트’라는 단어가 유일하게 어울리는 그룹이 아니었나 싶다. 물론 내가 다른 아이돌들을 잘 몰라서,,, 외국 갔다와서 한국에서 적응 잘 못할 시기에도 저 목소리들로 버텼지. 초등학교 6학년 수학여행에서도 애들이 너도나도 2ne1 ‘fire’이랑 원더걸스 ‘nobody’로 장기자랑 엄청 했는데.. 손담비 미쳤어랑 브아걸 어쩌다도ㅋㅋ.. 경주 수학여행 때 애들 춤 열심히 잘추는거 신나게 구경했던거 기억난다. 참 오래된 추억도 기억나네 오랜만에 2ne1덕분에. 10년이 넘어 대학생이 된 지난 지금도 꼭 듣는다. 올드해지지가 않아 2ne1 노래는. 친구들이랑 강의 끝나고 놀때도 틀어놓고 따라 부르고.. 나오는 곡마다 취향타는게 없었고 세대따라가지도 않았지. 지금 들어도 레전드 그 자체고.. 대체 왜 해체해야만 했는지. 나중에 한번이라도 뭉쳐서 콘서트해줬으면 좋겠다. 이젠 하도 그룹들이 많아서 누가 누군지도 모르겠고 이젠 나도 나이가 있어서 그런가 요즘 분들은 잘 모르겠는데.. 나에게는 영원한 일등 걸그룹이야 2ne1. CL, 박봄, 민지, 산다라 꼭 다시 함께 만나고 싶어. 꼭 팬들이랑, 투애니원을 추억하는 대중들이랑 다시 한번 같이 노래하자. 정말 보고싶다.

예전에 교환학생도 이런 비슷한 얘기 했었음 외국에서는 한국걸그룹이라면 칼군무 또는 춤꾼이라 생각함 노래를 하는 친구들이 아닌 춤을 잘추는 사람이라 생각하는데 2ne1 얘네 보고 아티스트 노래하는 사람 걸그룹이라는 생각이 전혀 안든다고 함ㅋㅋㄱ 신기하네 ㅋㅋ

2ne1 are so amazing live... they're not just idols following a schedule, you can tell they have a passion for music. also i love how dara's voice is not a power house like CL, minzy and bom because, it wouldn't be as interesting if they were all power houses, dara balances it out and makes it the perfect flavor. sometimes less brings out more
but her voice and vocal ability do not fit to these kind of songs. Everybody knows that but still CL did excellent job to produce this song so great.

I agree that Dara balances things out. I hear her voice as more of a Jazz style, most of the time, and I think it works great when they do things with more of a Jazz or Reggae genre. Everyone's voice has a different musical style to me, and in different songs they each have their own shine. Separate, they're great singers; together, they make a musical balance that is very modern, unrivaled, and will be unique for years to come.

Damn Minzy is a hella underrated vocalist. Her voice is so soulful, clear, and strong. She should be known for her vocals just as much as her dancing. Same goes for CL who is more known for her rapping, but is a great singer. No other girl group is as well rounded as 2ne1.
Minzy needs more recognition. I swear if she did debut in other ent, she'll get what she deserves.
Minzy deserved that solo album. I dont get how yg didnt see any potential in her.

They are so good. I don't think there is a better girl group in Kpop. None of them bring what 2NE1 brings to the table. They can slay any genre.

랩은 진짜 여돌탑이고 보컬도 난 탑이라고 생각함 저 음색에 저 노래 실력이면 진짜 대단한거지 박봄같은 음색 다신 못 봄 그냥 유니크하다는 게 딱 느껴짐 공민지 진짜 메인댄서가 아니라 메인보컬이라고 해도 모자란 실력임 산다라의 잔잔한 음색도 저 노래에 잘 받쳐줌,,,엄청난 그룹이야

I'm not even a Blackjack and my fav gg is some other group (that's from the same gen but sadly has disbanded too) but there's no doubt that 2NE1 is the best girl group in KPOP (possibly even the world but i only ever listen to KPOP and CPOP so can't be making a sweeping statement), and no one come close. Vocals aside, their musicality is on a whole other level. They don't just sing catchy songs with repeated lines over and over, but their music has actual lyrics and they sing them with vigour, with emotions. I miss 2NE1, and genuinely hope one day they will make a comeback as a group again, esp now that all members are out of YG.
