I remember when my Dad was dying he said I'm sorry to be leaving you, out of somewhere I said Dad, I AM you,YOU are me.. Forward a couple of months I was having a really bad day with my Mother, her grief her loss her anger was so overwhelming I was really trying holding down a full time job family of my own.and looking after my Mother who had severe mobility issues, she needed everything done for her.. I stood at her doorstep where my Dad would often sit in his chair smoking a cigar, and said I can't do this anymore please Dad please help me..please.. That evening I google mapped my parents house...My Dad was in the picture..I zoomed up into the sky and the year was the year he passed away and judging by the weather it was Summer time..he passed in the Autum When I seen him, strangely I wasn't surprised Following day homecare manager rang me and told me a lady will be calling 3 times a day to your Mother..

I've never shared any of Kyle's work or videos with my parents...mainly out of a fear of disapproval to be honest. Watching this video today made me feel like 'Screw it! I don't care, I'm sharing this. This isn't about my getting approval. I'm sharing this with Dad! Even if it does nothing for him" I felt like Kyle was talking to my Dad and people of my Dad's generation (he's almost 90). I shared this video and said that I hope that it brings him some peace in his life as he is going through some very private, emotional challenges right now.

Sheila’s hot seat really helped me get through my own pain. Kyle literally saved my life. Years of anxiety, worry and self sabotage. It wasn’t until I discovered Kyle and his teachings about childhood trauma and addictions that I was able to heal. In fact, I was able to pinpoint the root cause of my “disease”-namely that I didn’t feel loved or valued. Addictions made me feel loved albeit very briefly. So glad I’m past that now. Thanks, Kyle. So much to love here. I lost my sister 6 months ago. I never thought about it being an opportunity to experience the me without that 70 year connection. And to realize that regretting working so hard when my kids were little, that I was a bad mom, is just useless, and my grown kids want me here in the present sharing love.

I loss a part of myself .... the courage to say the words goodbye,, I also said them here in my kitchen to my daughter Brittney, she passed away in 2017, she was 27 and newly married sharing to live her dream life of being a mom, riding her horse while her Husky ran along side her in the country side,, I love remembering this vision she shared while our tea time together.. at the same time my 31 yr marriage ended too....life... and something new has been birthing.. I love this!!! I've been searching what does this all mean? I chose to remember and feel peace and healing in moments of being in the now with my doggie, friends, family, nature...... I had a thought last night that I lost my sister when she had a brain aneurysm in 2006 ( I was very close to her before this. I’m thinking I may not have grieved enough. Lost dad, had a big blubbery cry. Lost mom , was too busy preparing for the funeral. Lost big sister, she visited in a dream. Lost big brother, I believe I’m at peace. Lost my favourite nephew, ….. lost another big brother…. Being the baby , I realize I may outlive them all 😢.

Such a brave soul -her sadness speaks for me and so many women of my generation -misspent time overworking as a physician saving others lives but overworked so much missed out on so much of my children’s lives -I didn’t have the foundation to have done my own work -so thankful to hear her struggling crying and then getting to the point of giving herself grace -thank you Sheila and thank you Kyle ❤

She is beautiful. Sheila taught me that it's okay to feel grief and that no matter how messy things get, there is beauty. Loss is crushing. I am inspired to try to let go too now. Over 50 years of holding onto pain. Never did I know that feeling someone else's pain would help me let go of pain. And your son knowing that you needed Peace. What a wonderful genuine bond. You are carrying the truth that sets the guilt and shame free from so many.

Wow, one of the most beautiful calls ive watched, I am 55 Sheila and feel exactly the same as you. I loved how Kyle explained we are letting go of the control love and bringing in the peace love, I felt the difference massively and like he said, why do we expect that everyone else is entitled to peace and happiness except us?

I’m thinking I may not have grieved enough. Lost dad, had a big blubbery cry. Lost mom , was too busy preparing for the funeral. Lost big sister, she visited in a dream. Lost big brother, I believe I’m at peace. Lost my favourite nephew, ….. lost another big brother…. Being the baby , I realize I may outlive them all 😢.
