You cant just go searching every relatives private records because the son is a suspect. Thanks for showing why there isnt a chance he could be justly convicted, because no jury would ever presume innocence. If you learned there were sets of military boots that the police was warned not to talk about, would you still be so certain? Most people would be, because they've spent months talking about him as of he is guilty.

She went on that little camping trip after he came back with Gabby's van but they didn't discuss where Gabby was? Are you freaking kidding me? He took her van home without her and decided to go camping with his parents and his sister but there was nothing wrong with that? That has guilt written all over it. So you're assuming he's not guilty right? Explain him coming home with her van and not her. Also explain how come his family would not answer Gabby's family's phone calls. What is your speculation?

@@roseroses7576 Yeah there have been cases in the past where smear campaigns such as this have resulted in hefty libel/defamation lawsuits against those who go on the media like John Walsh is doing here before all the evidence is gathered and brought to trial. In this interview John Walsh is stating as fact that Brian Laundrie's parents are guilty of aiding & abetting, going so far as to call them "Dirty Laundrie" without a shred of substantiating proof. If he really were as great of a law enforcement officer as he says he is then he would know that refusal to speak to some corrupt corporate media outlet is _not_ evidence of guilt. I mean people's lives have been ruined when idiots like John Walsh run smear campaigns before they see any real evidence against those he's smearing.
I have no idea if Brian Laundrie's parents are involved. No one commenting on TH-cam knows. John Walsh doesn't know. There is no doubt his parent's house, phones, bank accounts, credit cards, etc. are all being monitored 24/7 by law enforcement. It's quite common for friends & family members of an individual being accused of a crime like this to *not* speak to the media. If one of your family members commits a crime such as this then most good lawyers will tell you to shut up & _do not_ speak to the media. Nothing good will come out of doing interviews with outlets like CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, etc. You never know if they'll edit your interview in such a way to make you look guilty and/or to interfere with your right to a fair trial.

To say on a news program that the parents are helping Brian and their assistance is the only reason he is able to stay off grid is incredible speculation. I favor the method and style of the old Dragnet detectives when they would insist "only the facts". John Walsh has become personally affected and emotional for this case. It is interesting that at one point Cassie said that her parents involved the FBI after Brian didn't return and it was the FBI who also advised the parents not to speak with anyone which is typical procedure when investigations are active. You do realize that the only evidence of domestic violence between the two that we have is her hitting him, right? The cop that pulled them over should have arrested her for domestic violence - she was clearly emotionally unstable in that badge cam video. But he didn’t arrest her when if it had been reversed, if he had hit her, the cop would have arrested him immediately. What do you want to bet she flipped out and assaulted him again? You people that ignore female domestic violence do not realize just how prevalent it is. Well, now she’s dead. Bet she wouldn’t be if that cop would have rightfully arrested her.
Or are you even aware she was a domestic abuser? You mean you missed that small fact? Or do you make excuses for female domestic violence as if it is no big deal? And the media hasn’t addressed it at all. Go figure.

There is no evidence the parents have done a single thing wrong. They are following the advice of their attorney. The media and others are trying to distract and spin this to make this a case against the parents and Brian's parents are not buying into it. There is nothing the parents can do other than wait and see where this all unfolds, just like the rest of us. Heck, the Petito's aren't out looking for Brian, they didn't even report their own daughter missing for 12-16 days even though they got strange texts, were accustomed to talking to their daughter every day or two, and even though their daughter told them she didn't know how much longer the relationship was going to last, and after Gabby called her mom from the back of the patrol car. They let Gabby down in so many ways.

Yeah , I think he needs to be a little more modest about his accomplishments. When he recites how many fugitives he has caught that struck me as a strange claim to make and he said it in a way as to almost take full credit. His t.v show was obviously instrumental in capturing these guys via tips but it's not as though he actively went out there and investigated and solved these cases. He states that he was FBI Man of the Year and that he caught 17 guys off the 10 most wanted list as he goes on to be critical of the investigators on Gabby's case. Don't get me wrong, every person on planet Earth should appreciate and be thankful for the contributions this man and his tv show AMW have made to law enforcement but, let's also be realistic here. Also, I can't understand why these other people are confused as to what you meant when you stated "It bothers me a little that he believes it even more than I do". Hikers take water filters for getting drinking water from streams and springs, but that's it as far as "living off the land." They're not killing and eating squirrels or foraging for food.
