    I had a really disappointing experience with their after-sales service. I used to be satisfied with this manufacturer when I purchased my DC fan. However, after just 2 years, it developed a speed control issue. I've been looking for a service center in Metro Manila that offers home repair specifically for fans, but I couldn't find any listed on their Philippine website. It seems like they don't have repair centers for fans here. Because of this, I've decided not to buy another fan from this company in the future.

      @@PanasonicPhilippines very inconvenient to bring it to service center. For just less than 6 mos my dc fan stops working. Please send a replacement. very incovenient to bring it to the service center
