For the cowboy standoff, use the cowboy and enter the western town in the desert and run through the town until you see a bandit and you have the Rodeo Drift as its called

You can get the tank but its minigame can be difficult:
1 choose the tank commander you get for entering a military base
2 w him get into the military base:
I waited for 800-1000 points to get the helicopter
3 a difficult kill 10 veacleminigame will show up

How To Get The Tank
Step 1: Equip the "The Contract" character (obtained by breaking in the military base with an Air Plane, Ramp Truck or a
helicopter. Then steal the tank)
Step 2: Do the same thing you did to get "The Contract" but you need to destroy 10 Cop/Military vehicles in 40 seconds.
Which is a very hard task.
Step 3: Once luck or skill has brought you to beating the task. Go to the "Claim rewards" at the main menu and claim your tank!
