Syd going full beast mode and battling on the climb. Macky going down and battling back up to 9th after losing 2 positions. Just amazing video series and what heart throughout the race stages.

Really cool series! Always enjoy Macky's uplifting self-talk and am encouraged to try the same. Sadly, I more often find myself in the Sid category: eager, determined, but self depreciating. Chin up Sid, you are awesome and did great. Being more awesome means more self encouragement and less being hard on yourself.
BRAVO and thanks! What efforts! You were so fast that the poor gopro was crying for mercy, trying to keep pace with the focus. Next time I get lazy on a hill (pretty much all the time) I will remember your words - "I can't do this all day but I can do it for 90 more seconds and still recover."

That was awesome. Syd… so great to see you charge so hard after digging yourself out of the injury hole. Only you know how hard that was. With the help of all the awesome videos we do have a clue that all the efforts pad off. I know there we days that you were not sure you would dig yourself out of the hole but you did. Inspirational!

I dig your videos and the intensity of the racing! I liked the drone (I assume) footage. It gave perspective on the flow and how smoothly you both ride. Plus, it gave a zoom out on how challenging the trails you're riding are.
Syds heavy breathing from time to time at least shows, you are still human :D great videos, awesome job keeping the pace for whole 7 days. and congrats for both of you on top 10 positions.

Great series of videos and thank you for putting them all together as I thoroughly enjoyed watching each race. Pretty inspiring actually and I was stoked to see how well both of you placed in each race and the final results. I started with this channel watching Syd bleed brakes and wrench on bikes with Macky piping in once in a while... love where you have gone with the channel and the Syd brake bleed is still my go to video for a reminder tutorial.
You guys were just firing on all cylinders for this one. I mean you crushed it all week, but Syd seemed extra strong on Day 7, and the way Macky got right back up from that crash and then proceeded to pass two dudes shortly after. Super impressive and inspiring!
