I love SC6 so far, based on all the gameplay. However, for some reason, something about Soul Calibur 4, its art style and gameplay, feel so smooth.

My favorite character since soul blade
I haven't played much of Mi-na throughout my SC history, so correct me if I'm wrong, but SC6 Mi-Na now seems to now have a more distinct moveset from Kilik's.
I would say it's fair to say her and Kilik's move set differed the most from SCIV on wards
In SC3 they were pretty different, and since then, they've been trying to make them as different as possible

The 2nd one was great, sexy but not vulgar.
Kinda wish they based her new design off of her SC1 design, like they have with most of the other characters. The decision to give her a bikini top that's too small was an odd one.

Her designs in Soul Edge, Soul Calibur 4 and Soul Calibur 6 are all loosely based off of the Joseon dynasty Hanbok (한복).
Believe it or not, at one point during the Korean Empire, the Jeogori (저고리, blouse jacket) reached above a woman's breast.
I aggree, she was perfect in sc4 with her 2nd costume, i mean she is not a slut, she is like the next door girl, older sister type of girl. We have Ivy, Tira that are the slut types.

probably due to misspelling. they clearly pronounce her last name as 'seong' since the beginning. seung is completely different last name.

It was because of a change in standard romanization system used; Before the year 2000, it was common for Korean names to be romanized using the McCune-Reischauer system of romanization, which would have had her surname spelled more like "Seung".
Post-2000, South Korea changed their international standard to ISO/TR 11941, which is where the 어 sound is now transcribed as "eo" instead of "eu" (which now represents a totally different vowel, 으), which shifted the spelling of her name from Seung to Seong.

I'm so glad Seong Mi-Na has her own moveset in SC6 now. I hated how her and Kilik shared most of the same moves despite lore stating Seong Mi-Na's teachers previously taught Kilik.
They always played fairly different tbh
they had some differences but they still had the same moveset, at least up till 3. I never played 4 but from what I saw they had more differences in 4.
In sc4 they play very different.

Seong Mi-na is very special to me, because according to her record she was born on November 3, the same day and month that my mother (rip) had her birthday.

The first game you showed was the PS1's "SoulBlade," not the arcades' "SoulEdge." The difference is that "SoulEdge" Sophitia didn't have an annoying voice.
All of the voices in Soulblade were annoying except maybe Cervantes. Even by bad early English voice acting standards the dubbing in that game was horrid. Only DOA 2 is as bad imo.

You have to unlock her in the Dreamcast version. I believe she's the 3rd or 4th character you unlock.

This was the very first character I ever played when I first found Soul Edge in the arcade. Still one of my favorites.
