HL7 Tutorial: Send HL7 Messages to Excel

In this tutorial we'll use HL7 Soup to send HL7 messages to a CSV file that can be loaded into excel for further analysis.
You can follow along with the HL7 Soup free trial as it isn't disabled in any way.
The sample messages from HL7 Soup will be sent to a workflow, the messages will be transformed into a CSV file then output into a file directory.
