I'd been in your shoe. Yung paulit ulit kang isumpa ng nanay mo, yung sasabihan ka ng madamot at ipagkalat na masamang tao ka despite ng non stop na pagtulong ko. Not all parents are "parents", for sure lagi namang sasabihin "family first" "ang hindi lumingon sa pinanggagalinga...." , pero it is not healthy for you to understand and unahin (paulit ulit) yung family na yun lalo na kung sila pa mismo ang magccause ng problema at sakit sayo. Ang dami kong kilala na hindi naniniwala sa mental health, especially boomers. Well, ang dami ng tao na nagkakasakit because may mental health problem sila and most of it is cause by their parents or their family.
