Hrirhik's Experssion at the end is just beyond any rehlm of acting. The pain in his eyes for not being able to even clap for her, but the sheer joy for witnessing her graceful performance.. Man I couldn't understand these things in my school age when it was released.
But eventually u understood...it matters ...not everyone can feel such emotions ...one needs to be an artist, a human at heart to get it...

"उड़ी तेरी आँखों से उड़ी" सांग में हृतिक के साथ क्लब के टेबल पे बैठी ऐश्वर्या सब की उम्मीद के उलट, अचानक गीत का हिस्सा बनने लगती है, अचानक गीत की ताल पे टेबल थपथपाने लगती है, बांहें लहराने लगती है(यहां ऐश्वर्या की संगीत की गहरी समझ का भी पता चलता है)अपनी चादर उतार के फेंक देती है, स्टेज पे आ जाती है और फ़िर आहिस्ता आहिस्ता सारे माहौल पे छा जाती है.....ये कोशिश, सिर्फ़ और सिर्फ, ज़िंदगी से दुखी अपने मरीज(हृतिक)के होंठों पे एक लम्हे को हंसी लाने के लिए..
सारी फ़िल्म में सिमटी सिमटी रहने वाली लड़की का करैक्टर सिर्फ डेढ़ या दो मिनट में अपने zone से बाहिर आता है, और फ़िर दोबारा वापिस अपने सिमटे और संकोचे हुए करैक्टर में चला जाता है..(आप सांग के लास्ट 5 सेकंड में ऐश्वर्या को दोबारा वापिस अपने रूटीन करैक्टर में जाते हुए देख सकते हैं..साफ़ महसूस होता है कि ये हादसा अचानक होता चला गया, ऐश्वर्या ने ये सब कुछ uncontrolled way में कर दिया बस, उस की कोई मंशा नहीं थी,बस हो गया जो हो गया)
ये सांग में एक हज़ार बार देख चुका हूँ आप भी देखें..इस में एक लम्हे को हृतिक, सुनिधि चौहान, संजय लीला भंसाली, आदित्य रॉय कपूर सब भूल जाते हैं, सिर्फ ऐश्वर्या रॉय याद रहती है..😊

Here, in the music video, they have portrayed a very pure love just through expressions, where Aishwarya sees that Hrithik is sad and instantly tries to cheer him up by getting out of her comfort zone. @@i-menan1392 it can be interpreted in different ways i guess. One could say that it was an overwhelming experience for him to see Sophia let herself go and because of his physical limitations, the only way he is able to express emotion is his face and his words. As u can see he seems to be lost for words so emotions just poured out of his eyes.
Another interpretation can be that Sophia who is always composed on her job she let herself go in this moment just to cheer him up and maybe he realised this ( i mean he's an intelligent guy). Amidst all the thoughts of giving up on life, he felt love and concern from Sophia and might have started considering his decision. But he knew he had to leave this behind which made him emotional. He realises soon he would have to leave and this may be the last time he would see her this way.

How sad that Indian audiences are so shallow, so as not to appreciate the beautiful depth of this film and the depth of soul that was invested into its main characters by Aishwarya and, especially, Hrythik. Every performance is top notch. Every scene is amazing. I love Guzaarish!!! Every time I watch it, I love it more!!!

In guzaarish Aishwarya and Hrithik play the role of anglo-indians. Throughout the entire movie there was an english culture along with our indian culture because they speak hindi too. In this song also english culture in vintage times is brilliantly blended with indian culture and bollywood style of music
