Loving mine, glad I pulled the trigger on a pair of these.
First! Also, love my pair, its nice to have a pair of jeans that provide some contrast when paired with a dark (ish) colored shirt, and you don't really need to concern yourself with fades. Kinda wish they were 12 oz, but they're great.
They end up being so versatile. I'm glad more people are getting into these.
@@NakedandFamousDenim Apart from being nice anyway, them dark particles of plant material look really good, would they be bits of seed casing?

Hello! Some "denim connoisseurs" argue that the double inner seam is not for real denim, but for trousers. What do you think of that?
They'd be wrong.. and I personally wouldn't categorize them as connoisseurs. I don’t really care for these strong opinions when it comes to authenticity. Jeans have been made hundreds of different ways, what makes one way more authentic than the others? The original jeans were made with 100% cotton thread, everything was under 10oz, and the fits were wide, had suspender buttons, had no belt looks and just 1 back pocket. So anything that deviates from this is inauthentic?? I don’t think so, if they look like jeans, no matter how they are made, they are jeans to me.
Are these sanforized - or will they shrink

Will you guys be offering these in true guy? I had to return mine in weird guy. Exchanged them and got the Sakura Sky jeans in true guy and the fit is perfect for my build.
Not this season, but down the line we're sure to have an ecru option in the True Guy fit.
how do you like matching ecru jeans with an ecru denim jacket? I've got to get this jacket asap this week
I actually have both the Raw Cotton Slub jeans and denim jacket. The Ecru Canadian Tuxedo doesn't get pulled out all that often, but when it does, it's magic!
What about quantities ? I can't find a pair of this that feet me, even at official resellers...

Hey! In regards to the 16oz raw cotton slub selvedge, do you have any advice for washing? The suede patch on mine got absolutely ruined in a cold wash, and the brown dye started to stain the ecru sadly
Hmmm. It might be a detergent thing, or even how powerful your machine is. I've machine washed mine every time (and used the dryer) without any issue. Perhaps you should stick to hand washing.
I just received mine (Weird guy, size 31) and they are a tad too small in waist and upper thigh - I've ordered lots of jeans from you guys (7 pairs?), and I'm familiar with the measuring, I think I just got unlucky on the sizing tolerance. I can get get them on and fastened, but they're VERY tight, tighter than any other N&F pair I have. What is the break-in stretch like on these? I know they're 100% cotton, so no actual stretch, but the fabric will still give and mold a bit. I don't mind them being a little snug while they break in, but I don't want them to blow out either, so if I have to go up a size I will do that.
From the sounds of it you should swap them for another size. Jeans should be comfortable right from the start, if you struggle in anyway to get them on, and hope for them to stretch out - you're going to have a bad time.. The waistband should close easily, and these days I like recommending that you have a little extra room in the waist to start so that you can easily tuck in shirts if needed.
@@NakedandFamousDenim Thanks, I did go up a size to a 32 and I think they're perfect (they actually just arrived today!). I do think the pair I ordered was on the small side, but slightly within that 0.5" tolerance. Thanks for the reply!
I also got mine weird guy size 31 today. I usually wear normal denim size 32, but on this raw denim size 32 is too big in waist for me.
This one was loud😂
Oh yes! You could really hear how rigid these were.
