I suppose it's akin to a poor man's motion tracker, it let's you know if something 'was' there, with the added advantage that it also cured that 'motion', (but only once, so lay them in batches😊)
A few years ago I repented to God then begged for help, "I was until then an Atheist." I then had a dream of Jesus coming before God and he spoke of the Tabernacle in perfect context, "A word I didn't know existed.", and what I felt from Jesus when I held him was unlike anything I've ever felt before - A lifetime of Love every second - It brought me to sobbing and it changed my life, forever. I've had Many experiences since, "Several witnessed", one was seeing a bright orb of light pass across my face in the dark, hours before a major surgery the second I gave up in my heart. Know that God and Jesus ARE real and that they Love us deeply. Let go of your hatred and Imagine yourself holding the people who've hurt you. Tell them you Love them. Always have hope, I believe that prayer, following God's laws & Love is the answer, and through that, Truly becoming humble, merciful, welcoming, giving, gentle, respectful, compassionate, patient, kind and forgiving, To All.
I'm moderately impressed. Using mines and actually crouching behind cover to evade aliens. You're even using the map more often so maybe you can teach an old dog new tricks. I could be wrong but I think situations like the 3 aliens coming around at once might have been because you've spent so long on previous levels that the infestation level has got quite high, resulting in more spawns. I ended up liking Stern, even if he isn't around long. Might be partly because his name reminds me of General Sturnn from Dawn of War: Winter Assault.
I think its actually because the spawned aliens were coming toward the motion tracker Jingles overloaded, "damn it I don't understand why are the aliens are coming to the sound of the dinner bell"
"If you press Control, the Marines duck into cover and can't be seen" ~Jingles, telling us about a feature the game literally told him about _in the tutorial level_. Never change. XD
An interview with coffee is what officers get instead of having two evil corporals flanking you as the RSM shouts “March the Guilty Bastard in!” and you having to explain the error of you ways to the CO.
Regarding power creep, we saw something similar in the Alien Comics, after the infestation of earth there were still a lot of rogue hives which were routinely purged by marines, so there is some precedent.
In fairness, by that point the Marines also all had Acid resistant Power Armor and Alien Adrenal Endorphin drugs like in Female War. Drugged up, armored, marines on a killing frenzy will clear out a hive pretty fucking well.
I felt that Hayes had proven herself long enough that she had effectively put in her resignation long before Pharos Spire - Government work isn't that bad. Regarding Hayes it seems that she was never invited down to the planet given her lack of knowledge of anything regarding Wey Yu operation and settlements (which is a little surprising - you'd think the station personnel would have been allowed leave down on the planet but obviously leave isn't something Wey Yu employment includes). Stern on the other hand I was a little more concerned about but I quickly realised that loyalty to Wey Yu dies pretty quickly when you realise you are considered merely cannon fodder. If there was one thing that I would like to see patched it would be that the Recon Marine was always positioned in the lead - such a pain. Regarding Queens you did have 5 marines AND 5 Sentry Guns all focused on her. Unless the devs wanted to break the game lore queens should be brought down that easy with the proper preparation. Forgot a third option for the end game ,,, spoilers
-- I think I've seen 8 command points, but that was with 2 sergeants in the squad. This was one of the best missions in this game, save the game bugs. And you not willing to 'sneak' through that face hugger area, you saved yourself some trouble. If you do sneak through (I did) more bugs rear their head. APC goes through, barley kills anything. Queen bar pops up as if there's one in there though there isn't. It wakes up the face huggers near the queen and they run across the map for you, but the queen doesn't. And that's after they repaired a TON of issues in this mission that flat out broke the game and wouldn't allow you to progress in any number of ways (mostly happened when you got into the spire). Those bugs stopped my daughter, and seeing that was enough for me was enough to hold off on my let's play until August 1, when most of that was fixed. On a scale of 1 to 10, this game would be a 12 if it weren't for the bugs.
06:55 😲😲Jingles using a landmine. I thought you said they were not effective? 09:06 recovering a datapad? 😲Did the pod people copy Jingles? 12:46 Has the UK Navy gone crazy?
This mission was like to be pretty linear. Meanwhile, Jingles triggers cutscene with dialogue and then turns around, backtracks and says "I'm confused where i should be going".. If it helps navigating the world at all, your minimap and map has a compass bearing and the map shows which direction your camera is oriented in the world. It really shouldn't be that difficult to deduct where is the path you can take.
Oh my. Jingles using his skills, equipment, cover and tactics. Dear Aliens. You've taken our Jingles. Bring him back for your own good, before he infects you as well.
Hi Jingels, thank you for all the content and Videos you habe done😊 Alien is an absolut treat ❤ I now have watched all Alien Movies and also playing Dark decent 😊

"The APC cannon should be able to shoot through the weak point." Spends whole mission getting apc into position. Rams through the wall like a bunch of crazies.
The job of a point man is to take the first hit, so the rest of the squad can react in time, so he's usually the most expendable member of the squad. Smudge being smart is of course not about to be the one to take the first bullet or bite. Also, sniper rifles by definition excel at range having your sniper rifle at the front means your not taking full advantage of its range. If Smudge was up front the flamethrower or shotgun might end up in the back, and I'm sure there'd be complaints if that were the case. The proper way to use a sniper is to immediately move to cover and hide until an opportune moment for Smudge to use his sniper rifle to take down the threat.
Smudge has the 'Smart Ass' trade, so of course do he'll go for the encrypted lock like a bear to a honey pot... Well we didn't se five marines huddle in the corner with an active hive exit right next to them. At 40:45 they were awful close to it. 20+ Aliens swarming like angry bees. Auch...

You and Rita have a great day, give the fuzzy girls some treats and scritches from my feline overlord. 🐈🐈⬛👑✌️🖖
Comandpoints seem to be made from bullets, since Smudge using a precision shot right at the beginning doesn´t even consume ammo from his clip. Hmmmm.... unlimited ammo!
@@MrNicoJac It is. If you don't totally fail and eat all damage, you don't really need medic for anything else than achievement. If so, maybe that's the one you have to make your recon, when they reach the appropriate rank (Rank 3?). Yeesss. More ADD :)
Wow, Jingles is learning. Using mines at choke points and putting trackers down and, remembering to recover data pads
You really have killed a lot of queens in this game.
Will someone, PLEASE, tell me who trained these snipers to hide at the back of the group?
I suspect it was Rear Admiral Jingles. He has a gift.

Jingles using the motion tracker AND the ducking mechanic in a perfectly tactical way and doesn't screw shit up?! Wake me up! What year is it?!

I like how in an earlier episode jingles complained about a streamer planting mines every 10ft and in this episode we see him doing the same
YAY!!! Shortly after my post...HE USED IT!!! ROFL
