Do daily stretching find a good stretching progression that's quick but effective and stay consistent also doing thera band strengthening exercises at least once a week but the most important thing is staying consistent and doing it every day If u need anymore advice I'm happy to help as a as a current dancer and ex gymnast I have tons of flexibility advice❤❤
