There’s an expression: “as boring as watching paint dry.” SO WRONG!! I have learned to love watching paint dry, cement pouring and curing, hole digging and all manner of like things!!! This was so great. Emma is growing up so quickly!!!! Congratulations on an excellent job today!!!
I can’t believe you finally got to this part of the renovation. It’s been a huge push to get here and I can’t believe how hard you have worked. Gutters, drain fills, French gutters, mount Ed, the pool and patio surrounding it. Job well done Ed and Anna. May the rest of these job be just as successful.
This looks like it would be hard on your back, Ed. Hope it doesn’t aggravate it. What a big job for one day, you must be exhausted. Gratifying to have it done, though.
Now that’s a lot of concrete. 45 years ago my husband was building out family home and pouring concrete for the foundation wall that were 10’ tall, the concrete pump controller was not watching what he was doing and while my husband was 10’ in the air he got knocked off the wall, thankfully he was young and very strong, he held on for dear life while yelling at the guy to pay attention to his work. All worked out well. Ed your work is amazing. Anna you are such a wonderful support.

This is incredible to see the pump truck and watch how quickly it pours out! Great job Edd! In NYC 3 full loads is $4500.00$ in € it’s 4373.00 and we pay $750.00 extra for the pump arm. My husband has used it many times, but I’ve never seen one before. We do work in NY, NJ and Ct. So, seeing this was great for me. I love all the machines! You really have done a great job! Great vlog! Pouring concrete is such a demanding job. It takes so much energy and focus. Edd did a great job with the pour + Josef(sp) was helpful.
