their marketing have no sense of customer service! Very difficult to deal and didn't pay attention on detail. Not recommended for big group at all!
Hi i plan to go there next month but i saw your comment, is it not worth it? I found some complaint too about their bad service
@@arnigunawan4517 hi … I think the customer service is good, they replied the WhatsApp. But still they need some improvements in term of service yes !! But this is the only new place and the most clean resort ever in thousand island
