So perfect. Very clean and neat. So much can be done with basement to make more great living space. The yard in back ,may not be large, but seems like enough ,and at least shady area as well as sunny too, if you desire. Great for a growing family!

+Lynn Anson - love to show you around here. Rain, we get plenty to keep the Bluegrass green - almost an inch a week on average. If you go to Weather . com - you can look up averages and records - and it will tell you 48" I believe. So that sure beats water shortages. :-)
Why does it take your viewers to post the price. Very unprofessional, we know the price changes. Post it at time of filming. Again, very unprofessional for your viewers to go post the prices for you.

good point, but I have to ask you - what happens when the price is lowered? 10k, 25k, 50k? Happens often - then what? We have given you a wrong price - and the seller's property is being shown at a higher price. Do you think that is responsible to do to a seller? Of course not. And I appreciate your feedback, but we feel we are doing the right thing for our clients ---- and since 1981.

It's common sense, well to me and most people it is. You wouldn't walk into the store with an online ad or video from 3/6/9 months ago. When it comes to pricing, same model houses by same builder, with exact sq footage located a mile from each other may be 100k more or lower just depending on location. Like I said before, the price is for reference only AT THE TIME THE VIDEO IS MADE. You're on TH-cam/worldwide, not just your local area or Kentucky. Almost 80% of the comments are people asking about price.
