I lowkey hate playing momo, red shigaraki, purple dabi and other no-movement characters especially in season 8 because i'll just get solo'd by a hawks or nejire 😞
Jus level up shield this season with momo.....set the shield down set a Canon facing the floor and jus roll jump alpha...rinse and repeat....jus get a teammate nd go in training and 1v1 the hawks....
Kirishima, Momo, Tech Dabi, Strike Shiggy and Kendo are so screwed lately ESPECIALLY in USJ (At least UA island has a plethora of cover to hide from rapids air striking you to kingdom come).

The term BIGGEST LOSER 😂is no joke in this game…. 2 v 1 in a ranked game against a nejire playing as strike shigaraki and my teammate tech dabi and we literally couldn’t do a single thing against this nejire for like 2 minutes while she farts I mean floats over our heads in that final zone.. and let me tell you 2 mins in the final circle can feel like forever.
When I play Momo I dont feel like the rapids are dominating me at all, I just snipe them from far away or alpha them when they land. No one can stay in the air forever.

if ur playing shigaraki and get countered by a hawks player really close, shigarakis beta has some sort of invisible wall on hawks' beta. It wont stop his beta but he is unable to go through it for some reason, which you can then gamma him afterward. a friend of mine tested to see if it would also work with shigarakis alpha and apparently he cant go through that either, although i haven't seen that happen yet
Yellow Shigaraki is who I am mainly using atm and in my experience he is doing fine. I am doing well enough even against Hawks or Nejires. I became pretty good throwing Betas at them while they are in the air or just lunging at them with Gammas, outpacing them ans then Alpha spamming them to oblivion
i used kirashima for the first time, and i was traumatized late game against nejire, she was camping on the buildings and when i tried to attack her she just annihilates me with her beta 😭😔
ppl keep talking that momo is a loser in todays seasons yet im still here playing momo and being a total kiling machine for any nejire that comes my way lmao i love her also praise ibara

Red Shiggy is by far the worst matchup. Nejire simply activating her beta or gamma on the ground makes her invincible to Shiggy. Dead serious. As soon as she activates them she is counted as being in the air and shiggys alpha and beta wont hit her. It's happened to me multiple times.
Well personally the characters that even have the slightest bit of movement are ok compared to vine girl just she can’t even run, her only advantage is the reach of her vines but if there flying there’s nothing she can do
I destroy as Momo and I still play Momo since s6 2:37 I don’t struggle too bad as Momo or Kirishima just a bit of annoyance from the new characters (you’ll never meet me playing Momo since I play ps5 my skills on ps5 don’t carry over to pc)

I disagree for purple dabi y'all. hawks beta doesn't have shield so unless he gives you backshots not only is the first hit not too hard to dodge, you can also stop it with gamma cause it's not armoured (dabi's gamma really needs a damn armor tho). For nejire? Gamma to protect from beta/gamma, and spam alpha. She either waste her bar to dodge em, or takes em all to hit you because she is slow in the air. Another much better solution gainst nejire is gamma, spam ping, beg for help against nejire.

They did a good thing by not refreshing her cooldowns unless she is on the ground, during that time shigaraki can melt her like hell
