There's a reason why if there is one crewmate and one impostor left, it's considered an impostor win. Not only can the crewmate not vote out the impostor unless the impostor votes for themself or doesn't vote, but the reactor sabotage also cannot be fixed without the cooperation of the impostor. The reason Micah lost is because whenever he had the chance to throw out Judah, he blew it by talking/listening to him.
