Kamit the left handed guitar wizard. Wicked guitar tone in the solo in this track. He was taken too soon in December of 1989. He still had so much to offer in the PNG music scene. Rest in everlasting peace.
Oh Kamit, I heard stories about you from my relatives (Bainings) whom said that you were a force to be reckoned with if you haven't left early, that you should have been in a rivalry with your Wantok Warbat. It's a pity you were at your peak at the time when there's no mobile phones, internet or cameras but thanks to channels like this we can confirm those myths about such legends. But anyways RIP you both. You have indeed been the conerstone of PNG music. For me a youth, I have a taste for real live band music coz they indeed have a taste... Mamar
