I'm vey somatic and visual and don't have an inner monologue, so I always found it confusing when people talked about it. I have more like just fearful feelings that seem to exist on their own. But when I meditate it definitely helps calm the nervous system in general, It's just harder to know when I've started thinking or feeling fear etc without a monologue

Good News! My brain/body set itself Totally Free of fear, anxiety, sorrow, despair, loneliness, shame, guilt, confusion, contradictions, addictions, irritations, triggers, vanity, envy, greed, jealousy, attachment, possessiveness, ill-will, hatred, cruelty, bias, prejudice, and all other mental/emotional disturbances.

This gives birth to True Love, Peace, Happiness, Creativity, & Clarity, for the very first time. Not the love, peace, happiness, that the I, the me, the self, the thinker, the mind, imagines it to be, which is a limitation, imitation, and distortion.
For the very first time, Soul is happening, Spirit is happening, Heart is happening.
It is not temporary. It is happening in each & every moment of daily life, 24/7.
It does not take time. It has nothing whatsoever to do with time, effort, or choice. It occurs faster than the speed of light.
The children are ready to be set Totally Free at the earliest age so they don't waste their whole life with any mental/emotional disturbances.

Love the vibe but can't help to find funny when you struggle trying to explain with words something that cannot be explained by words. As you say it's extremely complex and too much too digest in a 10 min video. Sometimes I believe DPDR accelerates the awakening process, or that is it misunderstood as a psychological condition, when in fact it could be a natural process that faces us to experience "ego" outside of the conceptual idea of it.

I agree! DpDr was the most profound experience for me and is what plunged me into this whole ”spirituality” thing. I absolutely think there is value in seeing it as a natural process towards awakening. That being said, I think there is a lot of value in taking it as a psychological condition aswell. Both can be used for good. Yes, all of this is not really meant for words, it’s for experience - but one who is experiencing something they don’t understand yet I believe can find a lot of relief through words.
