Creative 2.0 is easily the best addition in Fortnite yet. Could you upload a tutorial how to publish a map and play it with friends? That would be awesome

You just hit publish, then get a memory calculation, then set it to public. With a few extra steps but it walks you through everything as you do those main points.
@@brendant1133 not really any specific type… Just needs to be able to run fortnite basically. Laptop, desktop, etc don’t matter though.

Most people don't know this but you can right click in the viewport and use your scrollwheel up and down to increase or decrease your camera speed without having to always change it from 4 to 8 back to 4. Thank me later fellow creators!

can you help me with something so thge paint in uefn only has tree mats followers, gravel and grass but there no dirt or sand like there should be how do I fix this

Hey, how can I import models to blender to export them as fbx? All of the models I get are in 2 folders and sometimes they can be imported but with no textures.

Can someone please explain to me how to make edits to my map in creative? I made my map in engine and when I click launch session, I cannot access any of the creative editing options. I would appreciate help

I have a huge problem and I don't know if you can help me with this.
I basically have CH4 as materials/ground, and it has grass+yellow flowers everywhere. When I build. those flowers and the grass are over my floor buildings. I cannot delete those at all.
I tried to do with painting and substract noise, it doesn't do anything. I tried to paint dirt over it and sometimes it works sometime it doesn't. It is frustrating.

What happens with terms of copyright, like if someone puts puss and boots in which Fortnite don't have rights for.. like does it need to go through a testing phase before epic allow it to be uploaded
Hey, How do you get more paint? Does the different layers only appear if the island already have it? Cuz i made a map, and i can only pain grass, flowers and gravel..? also this part, 5:53 went way to fast.. Where do you go to get there?
You have to right click the content browser on an empty spot and import an fbx file

You can convert an existing island into an unreal editor for fortnite project on startup

You could easily gain a good amount of subs if you make creative2.0 based content tbh, there isnt a lot out there yet either

I think decorating with props and buildings is easier with your character standing there

Make a lake then add a river and put the river below the lake and position it right for it to turn into a waterfall
@@Ratatted Do you have any tips on how to make an ocean. Its hard to make the island the right shape because you only have 3 of those spine things and i need the ocean to fit my island. sorry for bad english
@@svenskafortnitenstorys you can either add splines to the island by right clicking the line or by clicking blank world, deleting the grid and make a landscape put it under the water and then sculpt it to the shape you want and use flatten or something

Na blender not needed can export a model if FBX or OBJ from website, I had it in blender cause the textures need fixing:)

I had that same thing once starting, i uninstalled Epic games app and re download, but sign in epic games and downloading fortnite again and it should work:)

This is bit complex for consoles they could add the terrain editor maybe to consoles but everything else is just too much im on console also ps4 but im using laptop to use this editor a decent working pc or laptop with the needed requirements should be enough to use this
