These ads are pretty devious. The slowpoke on the left playing is so consistently bad it makes you want to play the game yourself out of sheer frustration, knowing you'd probably do better... and meanwhile the actual game is hardly like it at all. Why not just make the game on the left to start with instead of only making misleading footage for promotional ads for yet another Candy Crush clone? It would probably stand out way more.

100% true my friend. They will be more challenging and way more addictive for the players as well. Instead they just keep it like a side quest. I feel it's because they don't want to put in enough effort to make the game like their ads.

There IS a rare gameplay feature called “Kings Nightmare” in which you have to save the king from scenarios as seen in the video. However, there is no scrolling involved. The game itself stays still while you have a timer going.

Royal Match is an oddball to me because yes the ads are false advertising But the false advertising is showing that the gameplay is a match 3 game It’s not like the others where they show one thing and the gameplay is completely different (Fishdom comes to mind)

i will never EVER play Royal Match because the ads are SUPER effing annoying. Blame the ad based marketing companies. Voodoo, AppLuvin and Vungle. All the unethical used car salesmanship rolled up into bite sized pieces of shit.
Add to this having to hit arrows and “x” s to get past the ads. they are designed to be so small, near the outer edges of screens, etc, to make the user click-fail and launch pop ups. these unethical companies wrap themselves as legit businesses. but they cannot hide the shit-pig inside.

I would rather play The Treasures of Montezuma by Visual Shape, Alawar Entertainment and Foreign Media Games, which is one of the gems of 3-march puzzle games than Royal Match, which is a garbage among 3-match puzzle games.
