FATF grey list actually went as a blessing for Pakistan. Because of the grey list Pakistan forcefully enforced some rules and laws on Pakistani black economy which was not possible without in a country like Pakistan. Now so much of Pakistan's economy is documented. And Pakistan tax collection is increasing tremendously every year. And still it's need to stay until everything will be settled.

Also, only from Pakistan do we hear demands of rewarding partial compliance of FATF's conditions. There's no place for cherry-picking here.
Lastly, these four conditions Pakistan is non compliant on make it so that going after heads of terror organisations / financiers becomes impossible - in other words, Pakistan protects terror infrastructure rather than dismantle it.

I this this is informativ6and quality journalism with healthy criticism.
It will help people to understand haw thing works.
Now i can immagini that we will stay for a good period in Gray and i don't think that these improvement are going to be happe, due to lack of agenda and unwillingness of our some institution and as well as the involvement of no stat actors and forign pressure to keep this in Gray, may be what I am thinking that if indian pressure is less and there is new pro wat govt we can jump to white without compliance but i as a Pakistani want that these things happen instead of political involvement

Welcome step by SG to divert audience mind from Ukraine war. FATF is important issue when the world is facing so much challenges. Sifting audience mind is a great art. Ultimately we must aware about the development affecting us. Only few people can do it. SG Sir top the list.

But bro, don’t these regular bombing in pak like yesterday one, and multiple problems happing in disturbed region in pak like Baluch peoples making there own terrorist( or we can say revolutionary groups) plus the Afgan/Taliban problem created by pak would have some effects in its ranking system. What say?

@11:00 "Rap on the knuckles" is not going to bother Pakistan.
So, if a country is important & has friends like China, it's not supposed to be on the black list. What logic is that...
Isn't supposed to be rule based

Pakistan's notoriety in terror export is what pushes BLACKLISTING to a later date...

India is non-complaint on all these four para-graphs but as India is strategic alliance with USA and Europe, but since abstain from voting in general assembly resolution against Russia so soon India will start having heat from west.

@@NikhilYadav-kv1vl Afghanistan mein bhi Indian roe aur future mein bhi indian he roe ge. coz you guys are very emotional more then any one in sub-continent. Can you please let me what your strategic partner USA had done? did he help India in their crisis with China and your PM can't dare to even name China. I'm not happy when china or US or Russia use and loot countries of sub-continent specifically India and Pakistan. The people of sub-continent are very emotional - one good statement from west make India or Pakistan or Bangladesh happy or sad. People need to open their minds and try to save their resources by these oppressive countries and their design organization IMF, world bank, IFC these are all there tools.

If sanctions can be put on Russia, india, china… Pakistan can be blacklisted as well in FATF.

What are the implications for a country that is on the FATF Grey List? What is the impact on Pakistan for being on the grey list? How come IMF is supporting Pakistan even though Pakistan is on the grey list?

Gupta ji, DNFBP is different, per FATF, it refers to professions like lawyers, notaries, accountants etc. that can be (mis)used by bad actors to asunder money. You may need to provde that clarification to your viewers.. .

If FATF have European chairman there was a chance of Pakistan in Black list but Due to çhinese Chairman Pakistan saved to go in Black list. Its mean that FATF is a political institution whach can put any county in trouble who do not fulfil politcal wish of superior countires. Sir it is Your analyise and may be it is true.

I don't understand where is the importance of FATF right now. Think SG sir is not focusing on critical ones now. Either it is of Ukraine war or the state elections in India, in less than 5 days we will have results. FATF is not even come up with their action, and i am not sure why this will even qualify to be in news now.
