When firewalls are configured well or services exposed on the Internet are not vulnerable, all that's left is good old social engineering! Unfortunately, it is difficult to find sources to learn from or techniques that are not years old that antivirus immediately detects. Thanks for the comment! AV Evasion is not a good topic to talk about because its a cat and mouse game, also the specific AV you need to bypass will change the technique greatly. I will think it, but these informations get outdated very quickly.
