Umabot sa mahigit 43 degrees Celsius ang heat index o naramdamang alinsangan sa iba’t ibang lugar sa bansa noong March 24.
Ayon sa state weather bureau PAGASA, patuloy na makararanas ng maalinsangang panahon ang malaking bahagi ng bansa matapos ang pag-iral ng malamig na hanging Amihan.
