A game in my library appears as unavailable
You can try the following troubleshooting steps to fix this issue:
Run Epic Games Launcher as Admin
Click the Chevron icon (upward arrow icon) in the lower right corner of the screen
Right-click on the Epic Games Launcher icon.
Select Exit.
This will completely close Epic Games Launcher.
Wait at least 2 minutes.
Right-click on the Epic Games Launcher icon on your desktop.
Select Run as Admin.
Change the Epic Games Launcher Language
You can also try changing the Epic Game Launcher to a different language, then switching it back to the original language:
Launch the Epic Games Launcher.
Select the Profile Icon in the upper right corner (typically has username initials).
Select Settings.
Select a different language from the drop-down at the top.
Click the Blue accept button to continue (will need to do this twice).
Epic Game Launch will close and reopen in the new language.
Repeat steps 1 through 5 to switch back to the original language.
Clear the Epic Games Launcher Cache
The cache files contain information about previous uses of the launcher. Deleting these files, then letting the Launcher rebuild them again can sometimes fix issues like this.
On PC:
In the lower right corner click on the arrow pointing up (the chevron)
Right-click on the Epic icon in the pop up window
Select Exit
Press the Windows key and tap the R key, this will open a run window
Type %localappdata%
Press the Enter key, this will open File Explorer
Open the EpicGamesLauncher folder
Open the Saved folder
Right click and select delete on:
webcache
webcache_4147
webcache_4430
There may only be one or two of the files present
On Mac:
Exit the Epic Games Launcher.
Open Finder.
Click on Go then Go to Folder...
Type "~/Library/Caches/com.epicgames.EpicGamesLauncher" and press Enter.
Drag the webcache folder to the Trash.
Press control and click on Trash.
Click on Empty Trash.
Relaunch the Epic Games Launcher.
Going to give this a try, but seriously Epic Games needs to FIX this issue in an update and soon, because people will very much complain if this keeps happening.

Yes it will available but if your banned in Fortnite it will stay banned in Fortnite, untile Fortnite unbanned you.

Wait and Restart the Epic Games Launcher
Waiting 10 to 15 minutes will allow the updates to patch again. Restarting the launcher refreshes the entitlements on your Epic Games account and may trigger a required game update.
Windows
Right-click on the system tray icon in the bottom right corner.
Click on Exit.
Wait 10 to 15 minutes.
Relaunch your Epic Games Launcher.

Epic Games Launcher is a heavy, laggy bloated piece of garbage. I was struggling with this issue for like 45 mins. Nothing helped. I finally uninstalled it and installed it again and finally it worked.
