If i have user name tin. He is in 2 group domain users and Exchange servers. So in which tier should i consider this user in. tier 2 or tier1. Also should i need to create a user that is not part of domain users

Hi,
All users are part of the "Domain Users" group in Active Directory. The group is not privileged in any way. However, if the user is a member of any groups providing access to Exchange systems, it should be considered a Tier 0 user.
