Was lucky to have a damn good instructor. And yeah....Jim definitely had to have studied something. He could easily mimic body movements too. Whatever the case, it's perfect hahaha

My cousin (who is a lifelong law enforcement officer) and I, when we were teenagers, walked up the back steps to the upstairs room for the Billy Blanks karate classes. The little tiny guy who took over for Billy when he was in LA shooting movies reminds me of "Bob."
When I was a kid my Tae Kwon Do instructor was basically this guy crossed with Rex (Kwon Do). We learned those "arm must be completely straight" knife defence things, and he was a former "world champion" (of the tiny organisation he was a part of)
a big fan of jim, i really loved the style of making people laugh! he's such a unique person with a gift of making people laugh at his jokes. on his serious side this funny guy is a solemn guy when it comes to his charitable works and institutions. keep it up jim! more power and God bless.. Totally came out of the blue and showed everyone you are a long way from being able to truly protect yourself or long way off as a white belt
The reason it's so good is because Carrey takes the character absolutely seriously. The maegeri is actually pretty good (just unexpected) and the kata are done with full on intensity.
