Ok. Stop at 15:52 this nutritionist claims Stevia is manufactured. Complete opposite! Pls don't give out factually incorrect statements. What shocks me is the 2 hosts are happy agreeing.. nodding their heads along. 1. Stevia is made from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant, native to South America. The sweet components, known as steviol glycosides, include stevioside and rebaudioside A, which are extracted and purified from the leaves. The extraction process involves drying the leaves, followed by hot water extraction and purification to remove bitter flavors. 2. Stevia is 100x sweeter than sugar and yet contains zero calories. This is because the structure of the molecule is able to very efficiently fit the taste buds, releasing the signals that tells the brain it has had sugar. 3. White sugar, on the other hand, undergoes a more extensive refining process. It involves extracting juice from sugar cane or beets, followed by carbonatation and decolorization using bone char or other methods to produce pure sucrose 4. Don't confuse Stevia with Aspertame which is lab manufactured Not that I am promoting stevia. But at the very least get the facts straight.. !!
I am learning Naturopathy.Whatever I am learning, every point is covered in this podcast .Great I really liked this podcast.

@Interviewer - Read first and then ask questions. No study claimed all protein powder contain heavy metal. The study you are quoting has tested many protein powder brands and ranked those accordingly and yes there are good and safe protein powder brands. So don’t spread misinformation. Second - it is close to impossible to get complete protein (all amino acids) from vegetarian diet or from a vegan diet (I am talking from long term - daily basis perspective) Last point - Drinking is not recommended even for social reasons (educate your guest too) - on alcohol consumption you may read Dr Abby Phillips Also - learn to differentiate b/w dietician and a doctor- you asked many questions those were out of scope (guest) but still she answered (of course all wrong). Invite a qualified doctor in your show
Pl give some practical solutions of a balanced diet for a middle class family. With a monthly income of 70 k , one school going kid , 22 k EMI , 10 k on insurance. 20 k on rent . And hundreds of other expenses . With the current rate of inflation , planning a diet for a family is as tough as driving in Ahmedabad roads ! Thanks anyway. You must be useful to handful of people of this country. 🙏
The person being interviewed is not a scientific expert. She seems to be a Wannabe nutritionist. Ayurveda has many problems dear. Please keep complete knowledge of the subject you claim to be an expert of.
Millets are Gluten free.. No sticky while making roti or cooking it. Have more nutrition then rice and Wheat 🌾🌾.. So millets are gem 💎 .. Super food. If millets can't digest then plz keep water fasting whole life.
Every so called dietitian has their own shit. And they all say different things which are sometimes even quite contrary to other dietitians. They just confuse people 😅😅. the simple things is just eat what your body is accustomed to, and what you have been eating since childhood.
Not all the dietitians are bad.. Have protien and vitamins in diet or take supplements.. Protein and supplements are best for health.. It boost energy and immunity removes the pain.. Give you a younger life.. Healthy food plus supplements are good..

Very very generic kind of interview the the tips and points she is giving even a lay man can give.... And the madhu you are referring to in Ayurveda refers to honey and other natural sources not the refined sugar.... And when you say stevia is created..... is sugar naturally growing on trees? They are more chemically treated bleached refined...
Bilkul g ❤❤
