Nice look, good protection and good review

You don't need a kickstand when using the small screen, you just unfold it half way like a tent and to watch the small screen in landscape.

Thanks for the videos. This Supcase UB Pro looks alot like the i-Blason ArmorBox you reviewed earlier so I am deciding between the two. I like the rubber anti-skid pads at the corners of the Supcase. As for the i-Blason, the dented edges seem to provide better grip while holding one handed. These observations are based on your video. Are they true? How does the mechanism of the hinge protector compare? Bulk wise, is one thicker over the other? Have you had a chance to check out VRS quickStand with Pen Case? Is VRS's slightly slimmer ?
Overall, which of the two do you prefer? Thanks!

After reading all this information the only thing that I can say to answer all the questions in one answer is, that I've been using the Supcase UB Pro, as my daily driver case.
You're going to get plenty of grip from both the Supcase and iBlason cases. You can't go wrong either way, but I do prefer the overall feel, grip and the thickness of the case.

There are three different s pens that work with the Z Fold 5. All are different sizes, which one fits this case?

    • @myproject13ttt
      @myproject13ttt  ปีที่แล้ว

The S-Pen 4 definitely works and supcase is saying the S-Pen 5 should work as well

@@myproject13ttt new spen 5 more small in size. Do you confirm it also can fit inside it?

I have the Spigen Z Fold 5 Tough Armor Pro, similar in design, but unfortunately, more expensive. It does let you use a replaceable glass screen protector on the outer screen because that built in protector is going to get scratched by your keys or something else, and then you've got a problem. My Spigen tempered glass screen protector has only been on my phone for a few weeks, and it has already got one scratch on it. But I can replace it for a fraction of the cost of a new Supp case.

That was one of their biggest complaints, the screen being to small on the outer display

I have this same case for the Z Fold 4 and the outer display is too small and it cuts off the screen on both sides making the outer display useless and you can't see the full keyboard. Have they fixed that issue for the Z fold 5...

I didn't own the z fold 4, would that being said I'm not having any issues with this case on my z fold 5.

@myproject13ttt thanks for getting back to me. I appreciate that. I have the Z Fold 5 as well but wanted to make sure before I purchased this case for my Fold 5

I love Supcase, I've been using their watch cases for a while now, and now I am looking into this case for the fold 5. Though my main concern, I've only seen one of these reviews where the reviewer opened and closed the phone during the review, which in the event of closing the phone, the hinge protector would be left wide open and needed to be manually closed. Is this the case that the hinge stays open when the phone is closed? I suppose it makes sense being a solid case, but I would hope there's some resistant in the hinge that would want to keep it from just falling open and then just spring back into place when closing the phone

The hinge cover area just doesn't just fall open. Sometimes when you open then fold, the hinge cover area. But what you manually close it, it stays shut.
There is a bit of resistance.

Yes it does add a bit of bulk but not like you would think.
I actually like the way it feels in my hand and in my pocket.
Something to consider if you work around a rugged environment or you just cannot hold on to your phone.

I don't like the screen protector being built into the case. Once you scratch it you have to buy a whole new case instead of just a screen protector.

    • @DigBickOfaGod

You can just attach a screen protector on the case 💡

Bro you can use a hair dryer and remove the built in screen protector which is stuck to the front part of the case then use a tempered glass screen protector of your choice.
