- What a MYSTERIOUS FOREST Up high in the mountains of Atok, Benguet.
Sakura is the name for cherry blossom trees from Japan... and they have them here in this part of Benguet. The trees actually bloomed in April, but due to heavy rains... the flowers have gone away. None the less... this place full of cool temperatures, vegetables and a mysterious forest was BEAUTIFUL.
In this video you will see me travelling alone across the mountains of Benguet... exploring forests, roads, and towns along the way!
I ended up staying in Baguias.

That is why? You and Finn are my favorite .Both of you helped out the locals without being asked. A lot of them never really ask even in dire needs. Finn just bought some random house(family )he happened to take shelter when it was raining.I couldn’t say the same for some people. For everything you guys give out , you guys will receive 10 thousand times in return.God is watching always.

I have been there many time in the 80's and and early 90's and every time I pass there..the places always amaze me because of the vegetable plantations
Atom... the mines... when I was a little girl of 4 th grade, we lived in Baguio City. My dad brought my mom, brother and I to Atok for two days. It was more isolated then but the kindness of the people never changed.
Forest bathing....always a good thing for the mind, body, and soul. 👍🏽

I had a wave of nostalgia watching your videos. It's been a long time since I stayed in the mountains. Childhood memories of my hands dreading the icy cool water of Buguias in the morning, the smell and sight of fresh and crisp flower petals, the vegetables my palate loved. These are pieces of my self, recollected as one would look through photos in black and white, so fondly remembered. Time has brought me far out to the urban capital of Manila where I watch your struggle with a wifi hotspot. I thank God for vloggers such as you because, who else will film these waysides? But you appreciated the sunflowers, the beaming sunrise, the kindness of my people, our native tongue. Thank you Kulas for your positivity! May you stay inspired!:)
