There are several channels on youtube that make aluminium castings from spider nests and antsnests. I don't know what you would need, how big or small, but please go look and see.😘💝 with your talent you will gain back money enough i assume.
Jedrek29 look at link i pasted please. Seems some indian guy stole your video to use so he can get views. Even your logo shows. He used your video!!! He just over zoomed in.
This one is especially important to me because my dad used to smoke. He had lighters like this. This reminds me of my pop. Thank you so much for this memory.
In a few thousand or a million years, someone will find these works in the ground, and marvel at the preserved images of an ancient long-dead civilization. ☺️ ✨👏
That is exactly what I was thinking… I have an old old,old lighter like that which belonged to my grandfather… it’s about 100 years old… I think I might just do something like this for it!
A beautiful diorama: a "real" flame "frozen in time". The resemblance of the flame to the real flame is incredible. Another proof of your great craftmanship.
Brilliant resin project..Love the way you created a real looking flame... You are very talented in your resin creations...Love All your videos and projects....
Amazing video beautiful creation great cool. Something like this makes a great keepsake item for a special friend that you are close to it symbolized your burning friendship and trust. Lots of love and blessings
As if it really was the flame of the lighter. Fantastic. You already showed your fingers, even part of your face, maybe one of these days you will dare to show your face completely. Always a pleasure to see the process and the finished work 👍🌹🌹
Ive been wanting to try this, but YOUR imagination is a lot more "out there" then mine!. (That a compliment 👍 ) an "item" in the center with small mirrors in opposite corners. As you rotate your finished part, it should give the illusion your item is jumping around. I think the resin would hide the mirrors very well. Im sure you can make this work!
It's funny, your sparkler video came up on my feed last week. Watched it again, wondered how long you observed them burning. Then I see this fantastic work. The blue of the flames growing into red/yellow. Beautiful! Love your work!
That's what I called it bada$$! I didn't think Zippo lighter would work in resin. Because either they will burn though resin or get rusted. But at least it's turned out 100% better. I love all of your works.
I wouldn't have cut off the end off the shell, but coated it with something the epoxy wouldn't stick to and have the bottom sticking out a bit in order to access the battery (little blobs of resin on each corner to raise the piece to compensate). It still remains a Zippo in that you still have to dismantle it to "refill" and remains sealed.
THE BEST YET ... I have a Zippo engraved with my Unit, that I carried in Vietnam ... 2/502 Inf, 101st Airborne. I quit smoking in 1979, but still have the lighter. I'm pretty sure what to do with it now. Thank you....
@@jedrek29t I just finished my lighter animal art. It worked wonderfully with my bird sticker, tiny apple stickers fake pearls and plant stickers. And I finally perfected my paper wrapping on it too. Looking at it you’d never know it was once a Zippo lighter. Just looks like a tiny box to add to my boxed animal art collection.
It turned out really good, congrats. Sure it would be pretty cool if the leds changed their intensity independently to mimic the intensity variations of the fire
@jedrek29t No, actually, ThankQ for sharing your craft. You've taken the epoxy trade & flipped it on its head! A totally different direction and thinking outside the box. 🫡
Nice project. I think you could have even gotten a little black fade heat effect at the top of the flame and pulled it off. That said I think in many cases this method to secure the history of something could be of value.
Please add finger colour. I have seen a lot of videos of yours without finger or hand colour. Add colours on it. i think it will look more better🥰. Your works are so beautiful ❤️

On the next one see if you can work out the electrics to make it appear to flicker.
Other than that it's absolutely amazing.

That is actually a cool way to memorialize something that doesn’t work, but has sentimental value.

As an avid ZIPPO user and collector, I LOVE IT!!! It would make a perfect nightlight!!!
I'm glad you like it Angela 😉
and you did not notice it aint a Zippo...???
@@JustMe-sh8nd it's a "ZIPPO style" lighter. Nope, not a ZIPPO!
I actually love the sound of the plastic sides coming off of the resin, when you're removing it.

Such a pleasing and lovely project! You have mastered the look of the flame!💖
