On dear, Cat! I'm in trouble! I watched your video using acrylic paints for monoprinting and wondered about watercolors. You answered my question! I have a feeling I'm going to be investing in Artgraf and tracing paper now! Uh oh! lol So much fun! Thank you for the inspiration.
Steph Howells Awww, Steph, you are so dear.. sorry your night was so restless 😞 but glad to know you have motivation now. Hoping you can get a sweet nap in some time today. Take good care dearheart and thank you for sharing with me. 😘
This is a beautiful technique! I loved that you used the tomato packaging to create a gorgeous design. I’ve seen these in the art store and now I know what they’re for! Great video!
Rankin Studios Hi Dearheart, LOL, I tried absolutely everything in the studio and was about to give up when I saw it in the drawer and thought 💭 why not?.. let’s try! Thank you so much dear friend 😘♥️
Thank you so much 😊 that’s amazing and awesome and stunning and gorgeous....... thank you to for sharing this with us all. I really really love 💕 watching you create these gorgeous things....stay safe and well too xxx Mags
I do enjoy watching you play - especially with something like the art graffs which is way too messy for me, lol! I’m not really into making prints, but I think it’s because I don’t really know what to do with them and therefore have no appreciation for them, if that makes sense. I know mono means one so that a mono-print is a one time print of something (as opposed to something like a stamp which can be used over and over). Maybe it’s just too abstract of an idea for me? Either way, I enjoy your videos and try to learn something from your tips and techniques, so I thank you for sharing this with us too. Enjoy the rest of your weekend! 💜
Nails by Sharon H Hi dear Sharon, oh! Believe me! They are not for everyone! They are seriously messy! I guess I will have to create some things to show you how I use them! 😘♥️♥️
Sheryl Esp Hi Sheryl! LOL .. I think I used every in my studio to try to find a plate that worked! Who knew it would be humble tracing paper? Thank you for watching and taking the time to let me know you enjoyed it! 😘♥️
Cat, you made awesome textures. I wonder if you will transform your creations in something like 3D post card or gift cards or book tags. Perhaps you could create digital arts with them? Well, I thing that they will be so nice and colorful, for sure. God bless. Love from São Paulo State (Brazil)
Valdelucia Grinevicius Hi dearheart, I will certainly play with them in my art journal!, not sure 🤔 what else might come of them but will use them somehow! Thank you so much for letting me know you liked it! 😘♥️
Hello art friend, I love your mask project the best, which reminds me to get back to my Lady Luna series. Eventually! However, I’m doing Sumi nagashi (similar to marbling) at night and during the day doing a Japanese boro pouch that will have a surprise inside. Then the pouch will lie inside an envelope of black and white Sumi nagashi tied with silk ribbon. The title will be Legacy. Of course it will be interactive because the “viewer” will untie the ribbon and open up the paper, then the cloth pouch, then see the surprise inside. Make it a great day! See you next time. 😘😘🌿🌸🍃

@@CaterinaGiglio At the closing of the video. I am enjoying your classes since we are faced with another lockdown, deconstructing objects I will be doing collage and mono printing. Can we do this on fabric for a journal cover
Cindy B Hi Cindy! Absolutely! It’s permanent like paint, so it would be perfect to use! Great question! 😘
