I'm afraid we don't know. All of the blockchains we've seen rely on elliptic curve cryptography (busted by quantum computers). There may be some out there that are built to be quantum computer resistant, but that's not our area of expertise.
Still not sure if AES encryption can be broken by quantum computing or not. It can be weakened but not broken? Does this mean AES-256 can be weakened but not broken and that there is no need to worry if you use AES-256?
Yes. For now, we know that AES will be weakened by quantum computers, but there are no (publicly, at least) known ways to break it with a quantum computer or otherwise. Because it is weakened, you need to use 256bit keys, which provide more than enough security margin even against quantum computers.
