産みの親に会いたいけど、もう二度と会う事が出来ない元の世界に会えなくなったから寂しいのか、それとももう一度会って話したい事でもあったのか。
もっと一緒に過ごしたかったのかもしれないし、もしくはあの時もっと上手く立ち回ればアカネがあんなに傷つくことはなかったかもしれないと思ったのかも
描写的に「あの時あーすればより良い現在に変わっていたかもしれない」という心残りが強い過去へ戻す能力っぽいので
でもアカネはすでに立ち直っているから、あれで良かったのだと納得しているからあっさり帰れたのかもしれない
Anti actually can get out by his own, he just wanna spend his time longer with his mom
that's sad when you think about it. it reminds me of razer from green lantern the animated series. being willing to suffer the tragedy of losing his wife again and again because that means seeing her again at least before she died
Because he is a kaiju too so he won't be affected by its effect that much? But i must say, this kaiju is nasty. Pretty much almost the same from gridman where they all went to their own dreams.

Anti's regret was that he wasn't by her side when she needed someone. He was too young as a 'human' to understand at that time. He wished he could've given the umbrella to Akane instead of dropping it. He did give the umbrella to Akane resolving his regret and thus the term I didn't need help.
holy shit I never realized the umbrella he dropped in that scene in Gridman was missing in the flashback in Dynazenon. He went through the same process as all the others: reliving past regrets and doing things differently

This is Anti‘s biggest regret in life： The only time Akane treated him，he regrets of not eating enough, especially considering that Anosilus II only feeds him candy bars. He wanted to reminisce the feeling actually eating something! That’s why he didn’t get out of his memory until Yomogi called him.
Anosilus ll and akane look the same with glasses. Did she do that on purpose for knight?

All of Anti's questioning over whether he's a kaiju makes the scene where the Kaiju Eugenicists fail to control him hit that much harder. They can't control Anti--because he *isn't* a Kaiju.

Anti character development is very complex but also very complicated….wait what did i just say?

Sometimes I wonder if at that time Gridman really had been defeated, while Anti became more human day by day. Would Akane still hate him or abandoned him? Would he be treated like a human friend, like a family or just like a pet?
Well, putting aside the problem with Alexis of course.
I like to believe that he indeed was capable of getting out of it by himself, he just stayed a little longer because he perhaps missed the feeling of being...there for someone, kinda.
Which is why its badass to see in the broken glass that he has his eyes closed as if contemplating, implying that he knew it was all just a recreation of the past, that he knew its not the reality he finds himself in.
Seeing this again after Gridman Universe almost make me cry
Going back on to this and actually making a comment.
I love the fact that trigger didnt actually bother us with Anti's past, like most typical anime would do. They knew we came from watching Gridman already so theres no actual need to baby us and remind us on the entire details.
One beckoning question that bugs me though, ive seen the comments on How Anti's biggest regret is his past with Akane(momma) people say its his lack of power to aid her in her time of need or him just having separation anxiety. But what if hear me out what if his biggest regret was being created to live in the world... I cant quite put it all into words. But even though he was redeemed even though he became Gridknight, he still harbinges feelings of regret for being created. He didnt want to be.
I dunno im rambling, i just find it odd to go back to that specific moment in time for him. But its a beautiful piece nonetheless. Trigger doing gods work
Anti goes back to the buffet because this is one of the only times Akane treated him nicely, shortly after his creation when he defeated Gridman.
After this, he fights Gridman again and has a string of losses that results in Akane basically labelling him as a failure and pushing Anti away as a disappointment.
He goes back to the scene with the umbrella because he regrets not being able to do more to help Akane in that moment, because despite the horrible way she treated him, she's still the closest thing to a parental figure in his life.
this episode in dynazenon reminds me of that scene in gurren lagann where the main characters encountered various universes of themselves in various endings. they basically explored "what could've been" and kamina's like "stop dwelling there; dwell in what is" and one by one pulls the other main characters to the main universe.
this dynazenon episode is basically that, except rather than trying to say "stop dwelling on the possibilities" it's trying to say "stop dwelling on what already happened"

I loved how episode 10 managed to "recreate" the parallel universe threat that Gurren Lagann presented with the Anti-Spirals. I already liked it in the Gurren Lagann, but in Dynazenon's case I was even more invested in the characters, specially Anti.
Also, anyone knows the song that plays in 0:50? I tried to look in the OST for SSSS.Gridman, but i haven't found it anywhere.
Edit: Found the music! It's "Kokoro no Hitomi", by Toyohisa Araki.

The tempo on the anime version is a bit lower.
Funny enough Gauma has some strong Kamina vibes, even his voice sounds similar to Kamina´s
I wonder why it didn't actually show Akame in the episode? It answered some questions about Yumi, but I wanted to see more about Yomogi's past. Also I wonder if Gridman will actually show up before the end?
Because the staff have mentioned in interviews that Akane's story is over so they are actively trying to avoid bringing her back, even in flashbacks, as a form of respect.

@@180223 And that's OK, since we kind of know Anti's past and seeing it again is not really necessary.
Maybe Yomogi don't have any big regret like other, from that ep we see his regret is "if only i reject my mother request about 'matchmaking' "
Meanwhile the other is the regret that changes their life so much ,Yomogi doesn't have anything big event on his life
@@180223 so by that logic I guess we won’t be seeing yuta or other gridman characters as well? Since gridman can find a different host if he ever want to appear either as a cameo or a crossover.
So.... did Knight just wanted to remember his "mother" Akane? or why he got so easily stuck in the past until Yomogi rescued him?
What I think is that he didn't want yomogis help or he could easily get out but didn't want to. Let me explain, so he said "I didn't need your help". On one hand maybe it does mean that he actually didn't need his help but on the other hand it seems like he did need his help to get out of the past but didn't want to.
@@rikkaa2k It also could fit as a matter too of Anti saying he doesn't need Yomogi's help, but deep down he _WANTS_ it, and is just too proud to do it himself, and feeling he has to do it himself not just because of his past regrets.
I have a feeling that Anti's alias in dynazenon world is not actually "knight" but "nait" instead. It's basically an anagram of his real name, and is pronounced the same as knight in japanese (naito).
Perhaps it later becomes knight due to how similar sounding it is
