عندي البصمه تلخبط الدخول والخروج اذا دخل اليوم الثاني وبعض الموظفين ينحذف من عندهم بصمة دخول او خروج ما ادري وش المشكلة

Sir, i fallow your step to connect the divice, but the issue is i don't know why my ZKTECO divice don't have a default gateway, and i don't know is the issue of i didn't plogue in the TCP/IP line into the divice, and if it is the issue can you tell me what should i connect to the TCP/IP spot, should i connect it to the router or the computer i use for biotime? Please and thanks you.

عندي مشكله
معي جهاز جديد uFace800
مش عارف اوصله بالبرنامج
جربت كل حاجه مش راضي يتعرف على الجهاز
(تم التأكد من غلق الانتى فيرس والجدار الناري و ان الكمبيوتر قادر يتواصل مع جهاز البصمه Ping )
لكن فى النهاية البرنامج مش عارف يشوف الجهاز
هل هناك حل ؟
