The sinigang is definitely the pulverized Taro fruit or root whatever they call it but in tagalog Gabi. Thats my favorite sinigang of all sinigang.

Hiking is popular in Korea because there's more hiking scene and mountains compared to the Philippines, we have more of everything like for example: Swimming activities, because of blue ocean beaches, sight seeing, also hiking, food culture. Malayo pa Botolan from Clark. Enjoy your road trip as I did mine last May. I always enjoy travelling to that part of Zambales even if it's a loooong way from Manila. It's not boring I tell you.
There's a Trail in Porac, Pampanga to reach Mt. Pinatubo, and it's Beautiful than in Botolan Trail.
I love it when the camera comes first to the destination before u guys arrive xD must be weird doing it in person. Nice video btw !
