@@Kveiksmithdaryl no I’ve just been having elderflower liquor in some cocktails lately and been loving it. So definitely interested in finding new ways to use it
This sounds really nice! I don't think I have a place to pick them from scratch but I'm going to add some dried elderflowers to my next homebrew supplies order and try this :)
@@Kveiksmithdaryl you probably wouldn't be able to precisely pinpoint it as elderflower, but it absolutely made a taste contribution that was quite enjoyable. I think it would pair awesome with Nelson Sauvin or hops that have some berry vibes like Barbe Rouge or Bramling Cross.
Great stuff Daryl! I remember as a kid my dad used to make elderflower champagne with the flowers then red wine when the berries arrived. I have seen a few recipes for Elderflower Pale Ale. I'm surprised you didn't go for that!
Thanks so much for watching, sounds tasty! I'm in the process of making some elderflower wine, I'm going to try and squeeze in an elderflower beer before the end of the season! Might even try and do some champagne if I get a chance. I'll be giving the berry red wine a go for sure!
Man I have been on an elderflower kick lately so I am definitely going to be trying this one! Great vid
Cheers dude! You absolutely should, have you made elderflower wine? I'm currently in the process of making it

@@TheBruSho Nice, I'm absolutely going to be trying some of my cordial in a cocktail tonight

Great idea! I’ve never tried using it dry or drying it myself, but I should!
A bunch of Eastern European countries add elderflower to their beers. My neighbour has shared some of his homebrew with it and it is quite tasty!
Gosh I'll have to give this a go before the end of the season! Could you taste the elderflower in it?

Yes please! Will try and make some before the end of the season!
