Sir but if there is a hypothetical situation when a child marriage happened nd the the girl wants annulment after 4 year but within that time suppose she gave a birth of child, nd like the law told according to (PCMA 2006),the court will give annulment to that victim if they want but what about the child whom she gave birth....??? He will live with whom.... And many more questions arise....

If you see in general kahi bhi older women ki shadi nhi hoti younger boys se in name of child marriage, whereas on the contrary young girls are married two older men.
Mujhe nahin pata kahin per bhi aisi pratha Ho ki vahan badi aurat ki shaadi ek chhote se ladke se karai ja rahi ho.
Even child marriage may be Jahan donon hi girl and boy donon under 18 honge vahan bhi mostly boys are elder to the girls, so how do you think that child marriage of a boy should be having some different laws boys in particular need some specific law for eradication of their child marriage

मैदानी क्षेत्रों में कम से कम ग्रेजुएट तो करवाते ही है
लव मैरिज केस भी एक इश्यू है 18 साल की उम्र में लड़की मैच्योर नहीं हो पाती सो वो भाग कर शादी कर लेती है ये सब मैने द हिंदू एडिटोरियल में जाना
