Thank you for your teaching, now I understand the 10 virgins. Which are not the church. We are ready in Christ. Thank you and God bless you and your family.🥰🙏❤️
wow , this is deep !! I have always wondered about that parable , have never heard it explained this way , but following along thru the scriptures with you , it makes sense !! I thank the Lord every day that Im in the dispensation of grace and have put my trust in Jesus & have been saved by his grace !! Thank you for this Pastor Rodney !!
Great message brother, i never heard a message like this on the ten virgins in my life, how remarkable right division is in comparison to mainstream christianity . Bro. Jim
Going to view the messages on TH-cam about this parable. This one was the first, very enlightening. If someone could message me and keep me from viewing any other videos that might be in err, please let me know. This was the first I thought it was quite impressive, I need to research further. Thank You.
I have a question on why the virgins have to watch. if they are not watching for the Rapture but for the second coming of Jesus they can just see when the Rapture comes and 7 years later they will see Jesus. And what is the door that will close when Jesus shuts them out.... A door into the Kingdom here on earth? If they are going into the marriage that would be at the Rapture which they are not looking for
I think it is important here to understand that the virgins are going TO the wedding as wedding guests. The wedding supper is at the end of the tribulation. In Revelations 19:9 it speaks of the guests those invited to the wedding SUPPER. The supper comes after the wedding is consummated. I always used to think that the virgins in Mathew 24 were the Bride of Christ and going to be married to Him. But if we rightly divide the word we see that it is Israel being spoken to here being invited to the wedding supper. LOVE the way you linked matthew 24 and revelation 6 thank you.
Doesn't Romans 10 vs 12 clearly says that there is no distinction between Jew and gentile in Christ Jesus. So isn't the bride of Christ is same as the body of Christ. Doesn't Romans 11 vs 17 says that gentiles are grafted into the same olive tree where the Jews are. So isn't the bride of Christ and body of Christ one in Lord Jesus
+Rodney Beaulieu Hey Pastor Rodney, I was just wondering how you came to the conclusion that "the great day of his wrath" from Rev 6:17 is in reference to the second coming of Christ? I always thought that was talking about the tribulation period it's self... How can that be talking about the second coming of Christ at the end of the tribulation period when the trumpet and vial judgments haven't even happened yet? The opening of the seventh seal is the prelude/prerequisite for the seven trumpet judgments to begin... Revelation 8:1-2 Just a personal thought, and I'm not saying that I am right here, but I always suspected that for the people still here on earth during the first five seals, that those seals could, and probably would be explained away as mankind's own fault. First the war(s), which results in financial collapse, which results in famine, etc... This could very easily be viewed as "cause and effect" by the people still here on earth... But then we have the cosmic disturbances of the sixth seal, global earthquakes, etc... When this happens, those people who weren't sure or weren't buying the whole "tribulation theory", then they will know that indeed they are in the tribulation period which in it's entirety is God's Wrath...
+MJBB33 There are at least 3 accounts of the tribulation period in the book of the Revelation all ending with the second coming of Jesus Christ. The book is not laid out as one continuous journey through the revelation. The seals present one view, the trumpets present another, the bowls and other and so on. Just like the gospels present different views of Jesus Christ and yet all of them are about Jesus Christ. So the book of the revelation presents different accounts, but all about the same tribulation period.
+Rodney Beaulieu THIS IS ALL IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER>>>>> REV 5 THRU REV 8 ARE ALL ABOUT THE SEVEN SEALS, THEN THE SEVEN ANGELS GET SEVEN TRUMPETS TO BLOW IN REV 8 AFTER THE SEVENTH SEAL IS OPENED Revelation 5:5 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, *SEALED* with seven *SEALS* Revelation 6:1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the *SEALS* Revelation 7:7 And *AFTER* these things I saw Revelation 8:1 And when he had opened the *SEVENTH SEAL* 8:2 And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were *GIVEN SEVEN TRUMPETS* Revelation 9:1 And the *FIFTH ANGEL SOUNDED*
+Rodney Beaulieu I love you Rodney, and I mean that because I know how text messages like this can be tone deaf... But I don't see how that is possible when the seventh seal is the prelude to the seven trumpets... In the four Gospels God had a point to make and prove right??? Jesus was who He said He was, Jesus was the fulfillment of OT prophecy, Jesus did the things that were mentioned in the Gospels, and probably most importantly, Jesus died and rose again defeating Death, Hell, and the Grave... But why would God need to present three different views through the same person (John the Revalator)??? This doesn't seem to make sense... In Revelation God doesn't have to prove anything! In Revelation God is saying this is how it's going to be whether anyone likes it or not... Why would God have to retell the same story through the same guy, three different times??? ------>>> Proof in point -------->>> Do these things sound like the same thing??? ------->>> Revelation 8 & 9 Trumpet judgments: A THIRD of the seas, a THIRD of the (fresh) waters, a THIRD of the vegetation, a THIRD of all men (Euphrates), a THIRD of the Heavens, etc........ And now the Vial judgments of Revelation 16: ALL of the seas. ALL of the fresh waters, ALL of the vegetation, ALL of the Heavens, ALL of the Euphrates, etc... "ALL", and "THIRD", are NOT the same thing..... 100%, Revelation is in chronological order.... John is told in Revelation 1:19 to write in past, present, and future form.... How many times does a verse in the book of Revelation (KJV) start with the word "AND"??? Obviously we know the word "and" is a conjunction word that shows a continuation... In Christ, MB
+MJBB33 I understand what you're saying. I guess you've never heard of the circular method of understanding the book of the Revelation. Way too long to discuss in these messages. I'll see if I can present this point of view in a message one of these Sundays. I certainly cannot detail this out in print like this. Thank you for sharing your point of view.
+Rodney Beaulieu OK, fair enough brother. And thanks for your response... I'm just not sure how this is "circular reasoning" when it is based on the scriptures and not a previous idea..... I mean honestly from that perspective, you could also have the same thing said about your stance as well... In Christ, MB
Hi Pastor Rodney ...Great teaching ...I have a question ...When John recieved this revelation he stated it was on the Lord's day I take this to mean the Tribulation not Sunday as most are claiming, because Paul makes no reference to a Sunday as the Lord's day! What do you he meant?
The Tribulation, AKA, Time of Jacob's trouble, AKA...Daniel's 70th week, AKA...Furnace starts right here>>> Rev. 1:10 I was in the Spirit *ON THE LORD'S DAY*, and heard behind me a great voice, >>>JESUS STANDS UP WHEN AND WHY
Okay, so the wise virgins listened and obeyed the heed to not be deceived, to watch, and not take the Mark, but the foolish didn't, and therefore they were surprised by His coming and unprepared because they didn't watch, and they took the Mark. But still, what are they going to go buy? Wisdom to be prepared, or a way to remove the Mark? So confused here.
Rodney, why do you think, the Lord used virgins and not male characters? And they seem to be brides or attending a wedding? Are they supposed to be the church and not tribulational saints? Is this the rapture scene going to the wedding supper of the Lamb? And is there significance in the number 5, for wise and 5 for foolish? I'm quite happy about the discussion except these issues.
Proverbs Chapter 6 16 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: 17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, 19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren. Jude 1:3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. Ephesians 1:18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. 1 John 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Then did I eat it; and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness. Daniel 12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand. 2 Peter Chapter 1 5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; 6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; 7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Job 5:24 And thou shalt know that thy tabernacle shall be in peace; and thou shalt visit thy habitation, and shalt not sin. Joel 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: Matthew 12:41 The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here. 1 Peter 5:12 By Silvanus, a faithful brother unto you, as I suppose, I have written briefly, exhorting, and testifying that this is the true grace of God wherein ye stand.

Yup. It's unbelievable how Christians don't really CARE to even investigate right division. Very disheartening..

I agree. I believe the parable of the 10 virgins is about the Bride of Christ and the rapture. That makes the most sense.
The 10 virgins is a parable and it is explained
how does the 10 virgins story square with the body of Christ (the bride) and the rapture? ty jim
