I do like the new 15, but it is a pretty small capacity for my uses. My perfect cooler would be the 24 with a drain plug and the updated carry strap from the 15.
I bought one about a week ago remember to register it for a five year warranty also for a limited time look at the white card to request a Lockport a 40 dollar value uppin request while supplies last it it has a promo code on the card to use at checkout no shipping charges I just ordered mine. When you register they will send you some stickers as well. It’s 200
Great cooler. I hate the notches at the top to let air in and out to prevent a slight vacuum or from pressure blowout with dry ice (which I never use). If the lid is vacuumed down, I just temporarily twist the drain valve to let air leak before any water leaks. I’ve put silicone in the notches to make the top waterproof and to improve cold retention.
Ice packs or plain ice should always sit on top of items as cold air is heavier than warm air and moves downwards (heat has the opposite effect where you put heating element at the bottom so the heat can rise). Thanks for the review.
Yeti states their ice blocks are meant to sit at the bottom of the cooler. The reason yeti gives is when ice melts into water. The water goes to bottom of cooler and the yeti ice will re-freeze that melted water back into ice.
@@Miguel-ex5vf That doesn't make sense. Regardless if ice is on top or bottom, of course the water will drain to the bottom. If you want your beverages and food to be chilled, the best place for ice is on top (because cold air sinks to bottom - regardless of what Yeti says, they can't change Physics.

Same here. Hopefully an upgrade kit or gen 2 model will come out.
Love the color and the size. Gonna be picking one up this week!
@@antonioramos3131 I’ve got it linked in the description. You won’t regret it!

Is it sold in Japan?
Just a warning, you might want to buy the roadie 15 in person instead of online. The build quality is not the same as previous roadie models.
I was going to get the 15, but all the bad reviews I've read, im holding back for now
Ordered mine online , absolute garbage, it's pretty horrible
I ordered mine straight from Yeti. Clean edges on the molding and fit/finish is great. Same as my 24.
@@NTXoutdoors you're one of the few
The roadies are injection molded now and not rotomolded so the edges are no longer clean and the seams are visible.
$350 New Zealand Dollars!!!!!!! GTF outta here with those prices
