@@basmaanwarelrabbany8915 native speakers would use “big size” in a sentence recognizing something like if your friend got a jacket for their 6 year old kid when the jacket size is usually for 10 year olds: “wow, that’s a big size for such a young boy!”
Large can describe a big quantity of something, like a large ice cream or a large Christmas tree. We wouldn’t go to the store and ask for a big size Christmas tree, we’d ask for a large one. But, you can even ask for a big Christmas tree, though you would never put “big size” in the question. It doesn’t really work.
