I do wonder if those pond management people were on this project from the beginning or were they brought in later? I’m sure there is plenty of behind the scenes things that we are not privy too!
The pond management folks were brought in much later. The pond's location, layout and design is all Chris. The island, however, exists at the insistence of Mrs. Beale at least that's what Mr. Beale claims. lol.

I can't wait to see all the grass growing and the pond full or water. I can't imagine how happy you feel. DP would have had a crew of three or four full time for a couple of weeks and I think you did a GREAT job. DP is using the heck out of his haul truck.
Looking really good on this whole project. Final grading means that this project is coming into the end! Have enjoyed the whole series. Can’t wait for the next project!!
This is where that ruckus rake will pay for itself big time. It will leave a cleaner end product, if you do the seeding, there will be an even greater success rate on germination that you can count on. The client will be so very much happier with the appearance of the end product,,,,,. Nice!! It really makes a difference in the appearance of the finished areas one the property here, there are no where near the ridges, if any, like are left by the bulldozer. The bulldozer finishes everything to a point, but,,,,, some of the rough finish is inevitable. The Ruckus rake takes care of that. Chris, you should be commended. I believe this is your biggest project to date for you personal company!! It came together well, was finished in a timely manner (you know you put some long days in here either after working with John or full days on this project, and it’s looking NICE! The client appears to have become a friend and that’s a bonus. It’s a reflection of who you are as well. Being like Jeff,,,,,,, wellll, it can ALL be good,,,, hahaha!” Sorry Jeff. Your actually OK in my books as well!! I suspect this good a product, producing, OVER producing so that there’s more pond in certain areas, a large change order with the island was all taken into stride and I think became a challenge for YOU as well to learn on initially,,,,,,. Still wondering what the final product will be on there,,,,,, a tiny home B&B rental?? Hmmm. I like the idea of the island, for sure!! We accidentally got two very small islands in our recent pond build that ended up being 1.75 acres vs .75 of an acre due to needing more volume of water for trout habitat to winter over in Alberta, Canada. It’s up to 28 ft deep yet there are these two boulders that were located, well 3 actually and after dynamiting the one boulder to 4 ft below the surface of the pond it was determined that they are better tolerated and just enlarge the pond to account for the volume of water lost! It could have been smaller, but my wife drew out a landscape and plan right when we bought the place in the late winter here. It is perfect so we recreated it almost exactly. Just a few trees to plant. In fact we have a shallow part on the opposite side that is about 3-5 ft deep. We have a few black bears that cool off in there, one large Grizzly and the coyotes, 2 wolves, and numerous deer, fox, elk, and a pair of moose have used it quite regularly over the summer. I swim in there almost every day and like swimming to the boulders and relax on there. They will be zero maintenance as they are hard to blast, let alone anything grow on them,,,, haha, but I built a bench, floated it out there and now it is bolted to the highest boulder to sit on and ponder if a person chooses. The contractor went over and above as well there. It feels good when it is finished so well.
wow biggest project so far and starting off with your machines that all belong to you. I bet there is some air filters full . You had brake downs but you seem to not let it take you down. and love being with you some years. I learned a lot through you

shaping up nicely , between you n bealy you should do a long start to finish after it's filled ,what an awesome place you have carved out of a track of woodland

It feels good when it is finished so well.
chris, please give us a monthly view or whenever you get a good rain to show us what a beauty this lake is.
wow biggest project so far and starting off with your machines that all belong to you. I bet there is some air filters full . You had brake downs but you seem to not let it take you down. and love being with you some years. I learned a lot through you
Can't wait for the pond to fill up 😁😁
Rain would be nice , but on the other hand it will only be turned into a sloppy mess with 4 to 6 inches of dust . Can't say it enough about how beautiful it is going to be when finished and filled . Will be time for a well deserved vacation with family .
It really looks great you do great work like to see it when get full of water thanks for the video
shaping up nicely , between you n bealy you should do a long start to finish after it's filled ,what an awesome place you have carved out of a track of woodland
You’re gonna need a nice vacation after this! Thanks for sharing Chris!
Man you do good work! great job! looks absolutely fabulous...
Great skill with the bucket Chris; especially scooping the pea gravel and then pilling it out sideways very efficiently. I suspect that takes more skill than it looks.
Slicking it up . What a journey. Thanks 4 letting bring us along .
Awesome job Chris I’ve really enjoyed watching you expertly bring the project together
What a job Chris and that extra bank youl detailing atm is fantastic😎
I bet it's a good feeling that the finish is in sight after being on the job for so long and seeing it all come together... like others have said it would be nice to see it in 6-12 months time when the grass has grown and the pond has filled up... Great job..
You will see it on Beaties Guud channel.
