I like the Halloween book from 1955 (my birth year, I'm an antique). I would definitely make copies of that if you're going to sell it. That way you can still decorate with those little cut outs. The black cats are SO cute!
Oh guys I can't believe you went to that flea market. My Mother and I used to go to it when we lived on the Island. We lived in Amityville. Mom's been gone now for almost 8 years now. What beautiful memories. Thanks for sharing this. Just a few tears, but really nice to look back on such happy times. I loved all things you found. Thanks again . God Bless
Hi Lisa! We’re so sorry for your loss, but glad we were able to bring back some happy memories! The flea market at bellmore is always a fun time and we’re happy we got to bring you along. Thanks for watching! ♥️
How long ago did that flea market begin ? I remember hearing about it in the late 1990s . But STUPID me : I thought it was one of those cheezy flea markets that sold sox, underwear and fake designer hand bags..... Remember in the 1980s and 1990s : flea markets were ALL new stuff .
Our local Flea market is on Wednesday and I always want to go. It's just hard being mid week. Love love love the Halloween book 🧡 Jeannine you are a girl after my own heart, that Skeleton is AMAZING 👏 I would have picked it up too. And honestly I think it's more 70s early 80s.
@@marjoleinspruijt4154 Awww, thank you! We really miss making them. This has been a tough year for us but things are starting to get back on track. Hopefully in the next few weeks we can get up and running on TH-cam again 😊
It broke my heart that you left the Night before christmas mag. I buy those and frame in a vintage frames. I get old wood frames and paint them, they become stunning deco, plus they sell really well. You should watch a video on how to rewire your angel and KEEP her, she is amazing. Take care
I smiled from Ear to Ear seeing that Wizard Of Oz: On Ice Program and Oz merch! That's what I collect! My channel has most of my Oz collectibles not everything but most of it! And Oz On Ice is my specialty.
Jeanine, I'm like you. Give me all the little Halloween things! And, Christmas tinies, too. I can remember making ghosts with tootsie roll pops, covered with a kleenex, and tied with a string around the "neck". We did it in elementary school in the 70s, and when I was a Brownie. Great finds, girls!
Look up the Christmas book u said was falling apart. U can buy and list as junk journal supply's. Junk journal lovers cut the books and use them love u ladies
Loved the 1950s Halloween party book, so so cool. Don’t you think if you heated up the wing on that angel It could possibly work. Loved all of it today
I can’t wait until your videos show up into my feed. I am so jealous of all the things that you find. That’s one thing bad being in Australia now. It is hard to find true vintage Christmas ( which is my up most favourite holiday! ) and Halloween decor. Halloween is just now start a bit here as it is mainly an American holiday. Now if I still lived in West Virginia I would have no problems with finding everything. I love you guys and I’m going to try to be on for your what not sale this Friday night ( my Saturday morning). Keep up the great finds.
Dissolve the glue with oil . Brush olive oil / coconut oil / Mazzola oil on it , let it sit over night . Maybe a week . At some point it will become soft and you can scrape the old glue off with a pin or sharp object. I was at that flea market before you got there-- I passed on that Santa . LOL. I'm suprised you did not buy more from there. Their prices are usually pretty good. NOTE: After 4th of July - that flea market DROPS down in quality -- greatly . I have no idea why -- it just does. I was just happy that it was so busy despite the mist and fog . And I buy PAPER items so even worse for me. I left with a full trunk.
Ooo scan that Halloween music!!! 🎃
I love everything you found! Thanks for taking us along!
Man, how I would have loved this video way more had Janine put on those skeleton clip on earrings!

I was sorry to miss that estate sale but after you said the prices were high - I did not miss it. Was that sale near the flea market ?
I’m not sure, but does the skeleton glow in the dark? If it does, you would have to have by a light bulb first.
