Xmen Origin. Wolverine.
Personally I love the idea of treating historical figures like Rasputin, Stalin, and Hitler like villains of the franchise for Kingsman
Same, love the franshise and I thought the latest one was great and nailed the charm and weight of the originals
It’s truly not a bad idea but presenting one of the most evil people in history like they’re a comic book villain getting revealed is a very weird tone.
I feel torn about having them in the movies.
Yet, it still would have been interesting to see them get treated like dirt. Lol
But, despite that I’m glad it didn’t happen.
I don’t want to be disrespectful of the victims either.
It is kinda intended to ensure people doesn't learn about other bad guys like Winston Churchill who killed millions
@@andreasmeelie1889 Excellent point.
I'd say Gozer was the villain in the original Ghostbusters more than Zuul was. Zuul was a bad guy but not "the villain".
In the same way that the Emperor was the villain of Star Wars only not as popular as Vader. TV Tropes refers to this as "The Dragon" metaphorically referring to an antagonist who while only following the main villains' orders is still persistant, powerful, and more prevalant than said mastermind.
@@WillieManga I wouldn't say it's comparable to Star Wars because in Star Wars the Emperor doesn't even make a physical appearance until the third movie while in Ghostbusters Gozer is built up to be the main antagonist throughout the whole movie and the entire ending is Ghostbusters vs Gozer. I think I see what you're trying to say though.
Zuul is the hench...demon.
The kings man was good it made me think we were dealing with a thanos level threat
In fact, it pretty much as a thanos situation. Except instead of half of the universe, it was a purist idealism
I really thought the Flash’s post credit scene would’ve been on this list
It should’ve
What happened?@@MH26478
@@ebaugh7320 The ending basically erased Henry Cavill’s Superman, and Ben Affleck’s Batman and the post credits scene was Barry talking to a drunk Aquaman about the events of the movie.
I liked the post credits scene in The King’s Man. Sue me.
Same
Me too. We are all getting sued
Agreed if this was a non biased post then all of these would be MCU post credits 😂
Made me conclude that the Shepherd’s Circle ended up having the likes of Boris Johnson, Donald Trump, Rupert Murdoch, Putin, Bolsonaro & Jingping being members in the future
You are about to enter the Courtroom of Judge Judith Sheindlin. The people are real. The cases are real. The rulings are final.
But in all seriousness, I like it too.
My issue with morbius’ post credit scene is how the vulture says he doesn’t know how he got there but thinks it has something to do with Spider-Man & I remember seeing that & being like “what could have possibly brought someone like him to the conclusion Spider-Man is the cause for him being transported to another DIMENSION?!”
He was right in that assumption, but how would he know that?
also the fact that Spider-Man was never mentioned in the film yet somehow Morbius seems to know what the hell Vulture is talking about
@@WillieManga right but he is only correct in his assumption because the writers planted that. There’s no proof or evidence spider-man from his universe has dabbled in inter-dimensional experimenting lol
Exactlyyy. Like he knows about the avengers and cleaned up after there huge battle but thinks spiderman some how transported him to another universe ??smfhh
Not to mention the scene being terribly shot, you can tell Jared and Michael are not in the same room. Also how does Vulture get all his equipment back so quickly in this timeline?
Frank Langella as Skeletor made Masters of the Universe watchable.
This is my childhood guilty pleasure, i love this movie and Skeletor was absolutely the best part. Poetic and crazy
I find the Kings Man post credit scene funny cause they did a marvel like reveal for Hitler.
Anyone surprised by that reveal sucked in history class.
Yeah, but also kinda stupid too
“I sat through ten minutes of credits, for this?!?!”
- me when I saw the post credits scene of Morbius, which my friend dragged me to see
I knew how bad Morbius was gonna be when I saw it had the same writers from "Gods of Egypt" and "The Last Witch Hunter"
If that's not bad enough, they're also behind MADAME WEB
And I mostly blame Avi Arad for that.
Marvel,
Just fire that man.
You don't need him in your future Marvel projects.
@@jeuryrabassa4724ironically
He's not even working in the Madame Web movie
@RayMcElroy50 Good.
That makes it alot less disappointing and a little relieving.
This is why Hollywood needs to stop with the sequel baitings
They're not worth anymore
People didn't do it for Burton's Batman and the sequels still make money right? Just make good movies without sequel baiting.
@@Toledotourbillion So did Sam Raimi's Spider-Man as well.
Come on, Hitler being teased like that is mad funny. The King's Man is way underrated.
I despise the fact that Doctor Strange multiverse isn't here, not the one with Thea, I'm on about where the guy stops hitting himself, that INFURIATED me
I agree. Bruce Campbell did not redeem that scene whatsoever
What? That shit was funny. Bruce Campbell breaking the 4th wall in the MCU before Deadpool.
The Clea one is the awful one because it ruined the tone of the ending.
@@joshuamohlmanwow. Imagine being this wrong
@ThePrinceofHisOwnKingdom end credit scenes don't really have anything to do with the original endings, they're used for expanding the universe and providing new possibilities, which is what the Clea one was for, the last one was just a waste of an end credit scene
@@example2844 Tell that to Ferris Bueller.
The Clea scene plays out less like a new possibility or expansion to the universe and more like a tired trope; less of a direction of the story and more like company obligation.
The post-credits scene of Spider Man: No Way Home was literally just a trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Yeah, I stayed to the end of the credits and it was literally just a trailer for an upcoming movie. THAT should’ve been the number one worst post-credits scene.
Post credit scenes… The only reason why people sit through the credits
TBH, i wasn't a big Guardians of the Galaxy fan until Gunn's last installment. So when the post credit of Peter seeing his dad popped on screen I was underwhelmed.
Yeah, you missed out on a bit, since Vol 2 was the one that featured SL's father. That's his grandfather in Vol. 3.
Not every post-credit scene needs to have something special y’know. A nice joke is good
@knightmare5097 Agree, Like in Dungeons and Dragons: Honour Among Thieves
Thanks for the Video 😀
How many times do they have to tease The Sinister 6 before it happens? Sony's teased it three times now with their multi-verses and yet we're still waiting.
The Deadpool one is the only one I remembered seeing, although I did see the Mario one now that you brought it up, but I had forgotten which of the characters they met with. I totally forgot about the cousins.
Hmm, surprised that the post credit from Green Lantern with Sinistro putting on the yellow ring isn't on here, which means that one is not bad, in fact, it's better than this whole list.
To this day, I have no idea how "The King's Man" Post-Credit scene wanted me to react.
Nothing from the MCU?
Like Captain America breaking the 4th wall in HOMECOMING?
it's just captain America doing a psa
Morbius was just a slap in the face towards logic and marvel multiverse
Amazing video watch mojo of worst post credits scenes ever, fantastic job.
Honorable mention: the gloved hand that picks up Ming's ring at the end of "Flash"
Do you mean Flash Gordon?
A little unfair to say a post credit scene is bad if it was meant to set up the next movie but the next movie didn't happen. Battleship, Morbius, Ghostbusters are all examples. If those movies happened and were great then those post credit scenes would be great. What if Iron Man had crashed upon the release? Would we saying the meeting with Nick Fury about the Avenger's Initiative was a worst post credit scene as it doesn't provide any context to what the Avenger initiative was? As it is, since the MCU did so well in ten years of movies, we love all those credit scenes. Well except for the post credit scene for Thor: Dark World
Love your video
The kings man was class yes it didn’t do well but it came out in 2020 during the pandemic
I'm surprised that the Last Airbender post credit scene didn't make the list.
The Kings Man wasn’t that bad
The movie was great, but a post-credit surprise reveal for Hitler is hardly surprising.
There are a LOT of post-credit scenes in the MCU that are worse than the King’s Man one. A lot of them are pointless, whereas Hitler could be an actual threat that the Kingsmen face in the future.
2016's ghostbusters has to be in the worst list period
The fact that the Ghostbusters said "who's zuul" made me pissed off. I'm a huge fan of the original 2 movies and the four members of the original Ghostbusters.
King's Man bombed? I liked it! Except for the scene with Rasputin that uh... I was watching the movie with my family
Fun as always. How about the top 10 BEST post credit scenes? I would nominate A Knight's Tale (2001). Hilarious and very much in the spirit of the Middle Ages!
Nice, can't remember if I watched them all. Though I did watch Morbius. I can go to the movies for a monthly fee so I don't care if critics call it a bad movie. Maybe do a Worst Post Credits of 2023 next? And an "AWESOME/BEST Post Credit Scenes" or 2023 version.
That is my favorite episode of Bones, for sure. Also Alec Hardison on Leverage was buried alive once and it seemed really realistic.
Black Adam should've been on the list for hyping everyone up with Superman's grand return, only to be made to be retroactively pointless 2 months later. Thanks, James Gunn and David Zaslav (sarcasm)
The post credit scenes from super mario bros movie is awesome, the 2023 version not 1993 version
Never bothered watching that animated trainwreck
Feral wolves is an oxymoron
Why the fuck The King's Man on the list?!
i'd like to correct you on "the kings man" IT DIDNT bomb at the box office because it didnt suck.....it bombed because it came out during the era of covid-19....so no butts in theaters no money.....so technically....it didnt make anything to fail at the box office.....but I LOVED the movie when it came to streaming services :D
6:02 I really expect a sequel of Battleship after this.
Yes mordius post credit scene was just confusing way to put together the sinister six
Lenin from what I read about the pre-Stalin era was actually trying to improve Russia, then he suffered a stroke and Stalin subverted his plans and took over. IMO he shouldn't be a villain
The worst part of Morbius scene is how much they marketed Michael Keaton almost to the point he looks like the main bill on of the movie
Didn’t The Flash do that, only more overtly?
For those who saw the Blue_Beetle movie
Do you think we should have seen the Reach along with other Scarabs like the one for Black Beetle in the post credit scene of that movie?
Yes, but instead we got a claymation that had nothing to do with the main story
I actually liked the post credit scene in "Vice". It seems very on-brand for Adam McKay to make a controversial poke at a certain group.
Plus, it seems that every movie that's been coming out in the last decade is deemed "too liberal" or "woke" to some people.
Just put a woman as the main character and not have her be inept and sit back and watch the water works. Turns into a tsunami if it’s not a white chick.
It's crazy that the end credit of Antman where a giant ant is playing the drums didn't make this list is criminal
Let's not forget the GameBoy Advance secret code from Scooby-Doo 2.
In this house, we RESPECT the OG Super Mario movie. 😤
REALLY?!
Who knew that Battleship had a post credit scene? It’s a great film to watch in the background while washing dishes
I'm not sure why it would be such a surprise Hitler would be introduced in Kingsman. The guy Daniel Bruhl played, Hanussen, is credited with teaching Hitler how to do speeches. That's the primary thing he's known for. They wouldn't include him if they weren't going to include Hitler eventually.
stranger things season 4 brought back skelator's face for the villain for an entire season
Steve Rogers: Patience.
I agree with this list, but Worst After Credit scene is Doctor Strange 2, the very end.
The Kings Man scene is a great riff on how pointless and stupid most pcs especially in all those superheroe-movies are. I laughed histerically.
I call BS on Masters of the Universe. By no means a great movie, Skeletor was fkn awesome
I gotta say the Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is the worst post credits scene I’ve ever sat through. It’s just a clip of a Pterodactyl flying through Vegas, a repetitive implication that dinosaurs are roaming populated areas but also one that Dominion doesn’t expand upon… at all. Felt like a waste of time while watching the film and even a bigger waste of time in retrospect.
The grey was genius and satisfying
AVI ARAD ruined MORBIUS
And now he's gonna ruin KRAVEN THE HUNTER
The same way he ruined TASM2
8:03. While taking shots at the original. Then shows the original after the new shot him.
about k-pax, being a believer dont mean you can forget about finding it. i just think that he believes, but still want to find it. it's like having clues something exists because of void or impact évidences thant point somehing unknown yes thus implying searching for it.
Was kinda expecting Transformers Rise of the Beasts post credit scene here.
Not only stupid, but it was way too long.
@@almightycinder and setting up a universe nobody will care about and is about 10 years too late.
How about Bison's hand at the end of Street Fighter?
Top 20 director's cut movies
I’m surprised Black Adam & both Shazam movies didn’t make the cut
Any movie that sets up a sequel they haven’t even started making yet is what bothers me.
Films like Dragonball Evolution deserves to be on this list since they give us the question without answering anything about it since they aren’t gonna answer it till the sequel. The sequel they haven’t finished or even filmed at all yet which meant they would just have to shelf this shitty franchise for having a shitty 1st part
I liked Deadpool in Origins but even more if he had different name like Combine or anything
The post credit scene from Eternals?
Ttgttm: that travesty promised DC fans a return of their childhood, but all they got was another middle finger
The Grey post credit scene was absolutely perfect
As for the rest of the list, just don't see too many issues here, the movies themselves in some cases were worse than the post credit scenes.
The worst one is definately the one with the cop out by captain america
What about evry single MCU movie?
Transformers Age of Extinction deserves a mention. The post credits scene is Optimus Prime triumphantly flying off to Cyberton only to no fucking make it. ☠️
Putting the King's Man Hitler scene on here is a sin.
Ant drumming should be on here.
Where’s the Black Adam post credit scene?
Vice had a post credit scene??? I love that film but never stuck around, tbh based on how it’s explained it sounds funny 🤷♂️
guardians of the galaxy vol 3 I thought it was going to be Anthony Mackie but NO a day wasted on filming and 5 mins wasted waiting for it in the cinema
What the fuck are you even talking about?
#1 watch post credit for kreven "its kraven time" no its morbin time, guys guys listen its obviously spidermans doing, lets team up,guys like us need to figure this world out 😂😂😂😂
what about the green lantern post credit scene
MORBIUS HAD THE WORST POST CREDIT SCENE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Flash, Iron Man 3
@WatchMojo
What you guys may consider one of the worst post credit scene with He-man and The Master's of the Universe Is when I first learned about post credit scenes 😝
Fun but True Fact:
The first general release film to feature a post-credits scene is The Silencers, released in March 1966 😛
Didn't y'all already release this video a few days ago?
I think this guy loves the Grey did they need this did they need to go off and get married did they need to get coffee I think this guy wanted the post credit scene to be a whole new movie lol
There's no He-man movie
I came here for Morbius
What about Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness?
I'm not sure how this movie got here. Has to do with Sony running out of Spider-Man characters I think.
Forbme DBE was the worst, they had the gall to assume that garbage was going to get a sequel
The Kingsman prequel was good. Hated the other movies
I actually liked Battleship
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Young Sherlock Holmes
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
... whichever guardians of the galaxy had the howard the flippin' duck post credit. That was dumb.
You're still here? It's over! Go home! Go! (T-ch-cha-ga)
7 & 2 were mid credits scenes so they don’t count
