The only thing that got me to log in was linking my account to twitter and logging in through there. Hope this helps anyone that gets this issue!

Me and my dad found a solution. We managed to work out that the problem is some files in the games documents. I forgot which files exactly but I do want to say that deleting the game won’t help. When it downloads again the files will once again be there. I don’t really remember how we fixed it tbh but I think the files are viruses. So the problem may be a virus… A anti-virus software didn’t work for me though. So I dunno try find the misplaced file. Sorry I’ll try and find out exactly what was causing the problem another time :/

Nah I Just Lost My Account Due To Damn Internet💀 It logged out and when i try to log in with by Facebook it says enter Facebook gmail and password, But when i do that normally, it doesn't ask for that💀
I dont know if this method will works for others or not but i will tell my experience here I had issues were when i tried to login verification page wont come , i tried login through facebook (2nd acc) the page wont load and i tried making new acc that also didn't work . So i tried finding solution through TH-cam and google and many ways to open my genshin acc like downloading vpn , uninstall and reinstalled the game, removed proxy or deleted a genshin file ( the file is called 'persistent') but none of the solutions worked and i lost hope of ever playing genshin. This morning i knew there is gonna be an update for new ver ( ver3.3) i dont know if my game will start again or not but i thought of updating the game for the new ver , after my update was completed i tried logging in again ......and now it works all the issues i was facing as i mentioned above was solved after i updated my game I haven't been able to play genshin for a month and all the issues i was facing was solved after updating my game. I even logged out of the game and logged in and there is no issues. I can play the game normally I don't know if this will work for everyone but try to update your genshin and it might work.

@@user-hy7lk2gy2k Avira vpn you can download it from chrome or anywhere activate it and open the game then when we log into it do exactly the same steps and then a blank pop up comes like usual but after few seconds it will show the verification puzzle you can later close the vpn and play normally it's only needed for the verification issue
