Looks great. Do you have a plan to catch the slabs and lumber ?. Most use a powered roller bed, though you can use a none powered one as well as some type of slide. You may / will need an offbear man to keep slabs and lumber out of your way while sawing. Normally there are a set of kickers, one set kicks the slabs to one side and the other set to kick the lumber to the other. Simple air powered setup with a peddles or switch's. Like me I know you are not made of money. Just a few tips you can think about down the road. Lot of used parts that still have life in them.Scrap and salvage years may have what you need on that are low priced. As always I liked and shared. All my very best. If you ever have any questions please feel free to ask.

Thanks for your input. I have not got to that point yet to decide what to do on the back end. Probably just talk my wife into pulling slabs to start with until I get things done to the point I've got a roof over it.

There's going to be an operator's platform...? And a shed roof... ❤

Yes for sure. I just need to get it running so I have the lumber to make them with.

Too bad I’m over 1000 miles away as I have track like that I would give you. I’m sure you have been looking but I think that may be track like was used for ore carts in mining industry. If so I would think some could be found. Good luck.

Yeah that is just too far to go. I think I've got things figured out on how to do the tracks and I've bought the steel. I've got a video coming out next week of a trip I took to Central Wyoming. They had track there but it was all a little bit bigger than what my tracks are.
